The attorney for Alabama Republican Senate Candidate Roy Moore appeared today for a brief press statement and provided material that strongly suggests the documents provided by the accusers attorney, Gloria Allred, were forged. In a subsequent follow-up interview with Allred she refused to say the documents were not forged.
Apparently Judge Roy Moore was the presiding judge in the divorce case of Beverly Young Nelson. The signature on the yearbook Mrs. Nelson provides as evidence, via Gloria Allred, looks like it was taken from the judge’s signature on her previously undisclosed divorce documents.

What we know is that the signature is obviously forged and written in different color ink.
The Bham News sent someone to the library in Gadsden to look at their yearbooks, but do you think they investigated that aspect?
No. They just presented the report as ‘What the woman is saying must be true because here is a yearbook on a shelf at a library that looks just like her yearbook.’

Of course, proving that this is a forgery shows malice on the part of the accuser, as well as the potential conspiracy.

There were dozens of people in my former community that were royally screwed over by a certain local family court judge, bought at a relatively cheap price in the corrupt southern county.
Each/Every one of them, including me, could name this substandard corrupt POS “judge”.
Until O0bomma elevated him to Circuit Court. HE had just the right set of lefty qualifications.
Beverly Young Nelson accuses Moore of a sexual attack. Then, she goes before him in his court for a divorce preceding...and doesn’t recognize him by face or name? Doesn’t ask for her case to be moved to another judge because the judge she’s before sexually assaulted her?

I think Freeper Steven W. hit the nail on the head and removed all doubt, when he pointed out the “Roy”, was really a “Ray”, and was intended to rhyme with the word, “say” in the body of the note. The handwriting on those two words was identical. I’m no handwriting expert, but I’ll eat my hat if that is not what happened. Now the only question is, since only the accuser had the yearbook, how did Allcrud get involved? I’m thinking the stepson is right, and his stepmother thought it up all on her own. The only catch is, that Allcrud apparently said the word “Ray” instead of Roy, at one point in the original t.v. accusation. If she wasn’t such a snake, I’d say that was an innocent slip of the tongue, but with her reputation, I wouldn’t bet the farm on that.

But that was so long ago.
