Anthony Weiner began his 21-month prison sentence on Monday after being charged as a sex offender for sending pervy text messages to an underage girl when his brother dropped him off at a Massachusetts prison.
Given that it is the former Democratic congressman and one-time frontrunner for New York City mayor's first time in prison, he is likely to encounter a number of restrictions he's never experienced before as punishment for the actions which destroyed his marriage and career.
He'll be spending the majority of his next two years at Devens Prison in the northern Massachusetts town of Ayer – the same facility where Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev served out his first two years in federal custody.
But it won't be all bad for the 53-year-old, as he will still be able to head to the prison's commissary and treat himself to a few items that could remind him of better days before he was locked away.
Some of those things he might be able to buy, according to the New York Daily News, include artificial tears, boxer briefs, stamps, mackerel and a mouthpiece....

Just because he’s going behind bars doesn’t mean this Weiner needs to get hardened.
