Convinced of that. It's instructive to drive a convertible in city traffic.
True words
It’s interesting that there’s so much desire to get AG Sessions out of office. It’s even bad here. I figure it’s because the globalists and other forces beholden to the shadow gov do not like at all AG Sessions strict adherence to the US Constitution. The successes he’s having cleaning up the gov and trying to take back the US for us little folk are exactly what we voted for.
So instead of promoting more sane discussion in class you just ignored it and took the diploma? How does smoking away our dissent make things better long term?
Jeffy Baby will be a no-show - he doesn’t like to be involved, unless it is personal otherwise he’ll stick to his motto: I will not prosecute anybody.
Well, Jeff needs something to do to keep his mind off his job...This’ll help...
Conservatives have to understand that the Marijuana Tax Reform Act of 1936, like most of the laws passed after 1933, have no Constitutional authority behind them.
When we justify the regulation of drugs because those laws are "good" we're giving power to judges to find the things we don't like in there as well.
Now he's vowed to recuse himself from any drug-related prosecutions.

You can not cure stupid. I tried and tried and tried in grade school (1st grade teacher Mrs Whitehead was a saint), middle school and decided F it in high school. (I am talking about the damned teachers) I never studied in school.
My damned roommate after graduation kept going on about how hard the series seven was going to be and that was the first time I studied. His stock brokerage firm had sponsored him for 6 months to study. The “You think I can’t pass that” argument was 3 days before the test. I said fine, hand me the study guides. My score actually beat his by 4 points.
For me it was boredom prevention. You do not want someone like me bored. Trust me.
They're both made from the same plant, and Congress still has zero authority to regulate them.
The states can criminalize their production, possession, and use. Congress can ban their importation and keep them from crossing state lines. What Congress CANNOT do is regulate their use by private individuals entirely on their own property.
If you think differently, you're NOT a Constitutional Conservative. Please put your finger ON any Article, Section, and Paragraph of the Constitution that says otherwise. Meanwhile, I'll quote for you the relevant passage of a document you should revere, rather than disregard whenever it pleases you:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people

Pot heads have grand fantasies......
I have a feeling that the potheads don’t know the common meaning of “stand trial.”
Back in the day, we didn't have "boredom protection". We questioned everything. We misbehaved, but in ways that were mostly not destructive.
Then something happened, when folks started questioning Viet Nam and globalist interests were not going to give it up. Instead of ending the war, the protests turned violent, drugs became more prevalent, and other causes were brought in to the discussion. Could it be that the introduction of drugs and orchestrated violence are part of the grand scheme to diminish our voices?
PS: I'm a bit envious. Back in the day, it was very rare for a gal to be a stockbroker. Those of us who had skills usually became Math teaches, a field that didn't favor men. Gals back in my day and from my environment couldn't even get our parents to approve of college unless it lead to a job skill.
I want to know ...
I’m in agreement except that I believe it should be legalized, regulated, and taxed just like alcohol. It’s not like laws have ever kept people from using it both for rec or medicinal purposes. If it helps with pain or insomnia or whatever; what the heck. Let people have and use it without fear of going to jail and getting a record.
I think it may also be the alcohol and pharma lobby that doesn’t want marijuana in all its forms legalized. It would cut into their profits. The legal system gets to steal from everyday folks when they confiscated their homes, cars, and whatever else. It just isn’t right.
As someone who believes the federal gov’t has no constitutional authority to prevent individuals from using, having or producing cannabis & that the issue of cannabis is a STATE issue, I wish the plaintiff’s good luck with their suit.
“I figure its because the globalists and other forces beholden to the shadow gov do not like at all AG Sessions strict adherence to the US Constitution.”
Aside from asset seizure and threatening to walk all over the 10th Amendment.
The jury is still out on whether he intends to target the deep state in any meaningful way. If you go by the President’s tweets, then there is cause to doubt.
The main legal outfit shilling for the pot stuff in this state is Morgan & Morgan, or whatever off the wall ambulance chasing cause they decided the fleece the ‘victims’ with.
I love women and.................. have a penis.
I did not follow that career BTW. It is a joke unless you are an investment banker. I went on to trade physical commodities. That included everything involved. The securing and “instant” market hedging, the contracts, the load surveys/chem analysis, the transportation, the insurance, the customs brokers... etc. Everything involved in getting a commodity from point A to B and then getting the customers letter of credit paid out on. (Think about the commodities market as a spider web... tug on a node and it cascades downstream and sometimes upsteam) It was insane. Care to think about 2000 tons of coconut oil being shipped to NOLA?
I am a dudes dude. Click on my screen name for an insight into it.
