Cliven Bundy, Ammon Bundy, Ryan Bundy and Ryan Payne entered the courtroom in Las Vegas today with red jail uniforms that read "Detainee" on the back.

It was the beginning of their trial in connection with the April 12, 2014 Bunkerville Standoff near Bundy Ranch.

There were 49 potential jurors on hand today as procedings got underway before US District Judge Gloria Navarro. Hundreds will be questioned before the end of the process.

Ryan Bundy objected to being forced to wear leg shackles.

It turns out Ryan Bundy hasn't had a shave or shower in a week......

This trial in Las Vegas began yesterday and this is the first day report from yesterday.

It continues today and the "Nextrush Free" blog should be updating when Nextrush is able to do so in the middle of working his two jobs.

I hope this article is not removed as many others posted by Nextrush or myself in recent days have been regarding this trial.

Go to "Nextrush Free" where you can be referred to sources of information about the trial.

Since when do defendants wear jail clothing to a trial?

It’s entirely prejudicial.

Any attorney can get a case thrown out on that basis.

Perhaps the prosecutors know their case is doomed, and are using the process as punishment, just out of spite.

The story I read is that this is the defendants choice with the judge asking them if they wanted to wear the clothing.

Whatever, the defendants were described as being pretty disheleved, thin on a video posted yesterday on the “JGrady” account on You Tube.

They were ordered to put their noses up against the wall by the US Marshals at the courthouse last week, beat up for not complying “fast enough”.

There is a cliched saying "travesty of justice". But that is just what this is, cliche or not.

Third trial??? That alone speaks volumes: Obama's legacy.

” Obama’s legacy “

It’s Don Trump and Jeff Sessions’ legacy right now.

Any time he wants, Sessions could put a stop to it by telling Myhres that three trials for the same thing is two too many.

But he didn’t, so he owns it.

The Deep State desperately wanted the Uranium scandal to never be discovered. These people thwarted that.

This has the potential to bring the whole globalist house of cards down.
Certainly it ended every hope they had for a peaceful coup.

The Federal Stasi (DOJ) has been acting so far outside of their jurisdiction for so long it’s sickening. It’s going to take some brave Constitutional Sheriffs to stand up and defend their county and reassert sovereignty against the Stasi.

I wish our conservative sheriffs had the balls that the marxist sheriffs show when they defy the Stasi in favor of illegal invaders.

So far we haven’t seen any “constitutional sheriffs” out there.

At least in this country.

The “constitutional sheriffs” look like the senior police officers in Catalonia fired last weekend by the Spanish government.

They did not put down an independence referendum on October 1st and were suspect in the Spanish government’s takeover of the local government.
