Now if we can just get liberals to flee conservative Texas things will shape up nicely.

If it were up to me they would be forced to spend some time showing us all how to make liberalism work in Venezuela.

The problem is that a lot of them will be liberals fleeing their own destructive ideology, and wanting to spread the very thing their running away from.

Conservatives flee 'too liberal' California for Texas.

Then they saw the bugs, humidity and that there was no California lifestyle.

Worse, realizing that from the time they sold their home for $1.5 million but now prices are up 10% and even if they could afford to move back they lost their Prop 13 property tax rate and could never afford the property taxes.

Yep. I saw it when I met this Californian hair head in a Georgia military town. Thinking I was foreign and thus liberally inclined, she started going into her liberal adulterous rant with me hoping to be with a foreign friend also hating America like she did, bashing the flat etc. I plaid along to see where this was going. Turns out she married in California to a nuke physicist now working in Georgia nuke plants cuz not Cali PC!

Funny how these c&nts keep following nuke science money dudes and leaving Cali for Georgia and yet still spouts antiUS hatred and seeks similar hypcorite confirmation. I was told Cali was not patriotic but I was utterly astounded how openly they revile the US

"Conservatives flee 'too liberal' California for Texas"

Hope the exiles took lots of pictures to show their grand kids what the old home town looked like before becoming a brownfield.

In liberal Porland Or, you see that all the time. They're proud of their total hatred for their own country.

it’s the same old system. conservatives flee areas and more of the state is taken over.
then TX or wherever the “conservatives” are predominant sees more and more liberals come and soon enough, the cycle repeats. Conservatives flee....

If people would stay and fight back, educate the young, instead of fleeing, liberals wouldn’t be able to take over areas.

I’m married to a Physicist from CA, and we’re almost too conservative for Tennessee.

Here in Atlanta, #3 behind #1Houston and #2 Dallas in immigrants from other states, most of Atlanta’s immigrants come from the Rust Belt and then from the NE.

These are hardworking college educated people who come here for the jobs. They voted Democrat up North and don’t understand why there are no jobs up north.

Nobody down here is doing a thing to educate them. Not Republican Party, Not Tea Party or Foundation For Economic Freedom. Not mass media. Until they are asked: “Why do you think there are jobs in NC, GA, FL, TX but not up North?” It will never occur to them to link politics to jobs.

So they bring their Democrat voting habits to Georgia with them.

My inlaws are painting their house right now. They are about to “pop smoke” and about to un-ass their AO of 50 years. Taxes and insanity is driving them from Thousand Oaks, CA (Reagan country).

I went the other way- went from Mississippi to Texas. In spite of the stereotype, Mississippi's economic politics is to the left of California.

The Mississippi politicians are expected to bring in the Gubmint money- the Republican Mississippi politicians (Ole Miss fraternity brothers who stick with each other) with money for military bases and government research, the Democrats (from Jackson state) for welfare and other government assistance.

Business has no chance in Mississippi. The legal system (run by Ole Miss) has a culture of suing the pants off everyone, and there are entire regions of the State hoping and praying for "Jackpot Justice".

Texas has some bad politicians...however, we Texans don't rely on our politicians for our happiness and way of life. This is the State that refused to go along with the Obama Depression of 2009-2017. This is the State that showed the rest of the world how to handle a disastrous hurricane. No wonder America looks to Texas for greatness.

I have a friend here on the East coast who was a physicist and became a pastor. Understanding that the universe really does have immutable laws tends to snap people's moral or political philosophy into correct alignment.

The physicist was fine, but the Californian diva hypocritically following his money yet bashing what she was following was quite a sight...

But he who has eyes to see...
