Arpaio’s renewed birtherism prompted a question from Jeffrey Hess, a reporter with Valley Public Radio, an NPR affiliate in Central California.

“Are you serious?” Hess asked, sounding both incredulous and pained. “I’m just curious if you’re actually, seriously continuing this well-debunked argument.” Hess added that Arpaio’s was “a wildly irresponsible claim. I can’t tell if you’re serious or not.”

“Of course I’m serious,” Arpaio countered. “The facts are there.” Arpaio asserted that he was not a racist. During both the press conference and the dinnertime speech that followed, Arpaio alluded to the fact that he has two Hispanic grandchildren. He did so by making a protracted promise of not talking about them.

I think Carl Gallups tied the ‘universe shattering’ information to NSA and CIA contractor Dennis Montgomery, who was said to have evidence of massive surveillance of the American people by the federal government. Larry Klayman and Freedom Watch have tried to get Congress’s attention on Montgomery’s claims, but this effort appears to have stalled. In the meantime, evidence of widespread surveillance of many public figures — including the Trump campaign, journalists, etc. — appears to be strong.

A Kenyan lawmaker told the nation's Parliament last month (March 2010) that Barack Obama was born in Africa and is therefore "not even a native American."

During debate over the draft of a new Kenyan constitution, James Orengo, the country's minister of lands and a member of parliament for the Ugenya constituency, cited America's election of a Kenyan-born president as an example of what can be accomplished when diverse peoples unite:

"If America was living in a situation where they feared ethnicity and did not see itself as a multiparty state or nation," Orengo posited, "how could a young man born here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the president of America?"

Orengo held up the U.S. as a country no longer "living in the past," since Americans elected a Kenyan-born president without regard to "ethnic consideration and objectives."

Debate is then recorded in the Kenyan government's official March 25, 2010, hansard – a traditional name for printed transcripts of a parliamentary debate – as continuing with no other MPs mentioning or attempting to correct Orengo's comments about Obama.

I waited until after I saw the public (and MSM) response to it. I realized then that without a clear smoking gun that even the MSM could not get away with, it was going nowhere.

No, I did not dismiss it out of hand.

Unlike a lot of people here, I spar with liberals a LOT on the internet. It exposes their strategy, where it is effective, where it is weak, etc. It also exposes where our arguments are weak.

It’s one of those things where, when talking to people that really don’t care that much, you just become a bore, even if every single thing your are saying is correct and verifiable.

This is why I moved from Seattle to a farm in KY. I am mainly an observer now. I still spar regularly with liberals, but that is only for the lurkers.

Calling anyone who is against Trump a “liar” is a bit of irony. I like the stuff Trump is doing, but he lies like no other politician in modern memory. For crying out loud, in three days he’ll give three differnt answers to the same question.

I’ve learned this by seeing and verifying the arguments of liberals that I spar with. Lying is actually his weakness. But he has a lot of strengths. I tell people that when it comes to trump you need to ignore what he says and focus on what he does. My “excuse” for his lies I use with liberals is that when he is lying to us, he is also lying to our enemies. A president has to be careful about what “truth” he shares with the general population, because it is also being shared with our enemies.
