but at least he doesn’t just keel over and let them say just anything...
he does point out how stupid they are and how blatant their lies are...
I actually knew someone that would eat mayonnaise right out of the jar. The expression on my face when I saw it must have been similar to Carlson’s here.
What’s wrong with eating mayonnaise straight out the jar?
Carlson realizes how sane and rational he is compared to his guests. It’s a good place to be.
He looks at them as though they have been drinking laced Kool-Aid, which they have.
It’s hard to speak with liberal stooges and not cock your head like a German Shepard trying to interpret their gibberish.
German Shepherd too~
It was amusing and novel when his show started but like so many things endless repetition renders the whole shtick inane.
I don’t care at all for his expression and don’t watch because of it. Then he will sometimes go into a broad exaggerated grin which is just as dopey or more so. Nothing in between the two extremes.
Its because he can’t effing believe what the morons are saying.
There’s always that one person .... :)
I like tucker but hate that slack-faced open-mouth expression of his.
“It was amusing and novel when his show started but like so many things endless repetition renders the whole shtick inane.”
Like referring to black people as Amish. It’s beyond stale.
It probably worked out ok if you didn’t also have a hot dog bun.
I like that look -—— “The WTF are thinking and saying it?”.
Heh.
He’s not an arch-conservative but there is something Tucker Carlson does very very well:
he makes insane liberals feel extremely comfortable and then they give full vent to their wackiest ideas generally.
his deer-in-the-headlights look is represents a compromise:
he needs to keep the insane guest feeling comfortable enough to continue discrediting themselves but he still has to let us know that he’s shocked and amazed at what he’s hearing.
he’s very good at this.
The spicy kind?
