What makes this video funny isn't only that someone is crazy enough to hang around Key West to record this from a hotel or condo but that the Crazy Russian sounds like he is really over the top happy.

Maybe he's travelling the globe to experience various storms?
At least he's somewhat smart enough to wear goggles, I assume when not selfieizing, as addition protection from shattering glass. That's not to mention the mattress on edge, which I hope he's standing behind while shooting.
Although, I'd like to see him in the middle of a Nor'easter and see if he's just as happy. "Just like home", maybe?

I saw "periscopes" and was expecting a Russian sub transmitting from the eye of the hurricane, not just a single drunk Russian with a cell phone. :-)
