Three reasons why Rosenstein should recuse himself on all Russian matters and the Mueller appointment. Number three says he is a witness for the Prosecution and/or defense if charges are filed. This is rather significant.

Rosenstein surely knew Mueller was a conflict of interest for himself. While small points can be argued, Rosenstein is a potential witness for both sides. He knows this from the beginning. Trump's Team could and should use this immediately as Mueller can't really avoid this premise. If Rosenstein refuses to recuse, Mueller looks even worse with a knowing "conclict of interest". Given his position this could be criminal in nature.

Are the terms of the engagement by Rosenstein with Mueller fully documented in writing?

Really, it is so discomforting to read about “understandings” between Rosenstein and Mueller.

Enough of the coup, time to recognize that Donald Trump is president.

IF there were ANY collusion, surely it would have LEAKED by now.

The Rosenstein-Wallace interview was a sick CYA joke. 15 minutes and the majority of it was CYA related to the leaks. Wallace didn’t ask a single question about the obvious conflicts of both Mueller and Rosenstein.

I agree. I find it very suspicious a Deputy AG could be incompetent enough to be so vague in his verbal and written directives. He then announces he is the final decider of all items which are totally unclear due to his incompetence. Rosenstein is clearly giving much leeway to Mueller for future wiggle room.

Rosenstein placed himself in a small box with his own conflict. This could possibly erase the entire agreement with Mueller. It could also lead to someone following up in place of Rosenstein. That person could then pull the plug on the entire operation. Trump should be in court as we speak with a team of lawyers. civilly this is costing him dearly every day. He needs to get on the ball. Rosenstein has no answer for the conflict. A first year yokel prosecutor could figure that out.

WRAY also has connections. Btw...he was also willing to resign in the showdown over surveillance.

Oh..and I cant believe I forgot to mention to my stalker (not Lodi) that said nothing would happen because nothing had happened and I was all wrong

FEDERAL GRAND JURY

and to quote the Chief Judge who was later himself indicted after going nuts

“...Trump...costing him dearly...”

It is costing We the People dearly as well and this needs to be brought forth more clearly by our side.

The Mueller lawyers are billable for perhaps in the thousands of $ per hour!!! and there are 16 of them! plus expenses! and we the taxpayer are paying!

This is pointless. A key member of the coup is not about to recuse himself. Never happen. Never. Trump is a fool not to fire him, I’d say the same about McMaster actually.

"IF there were ANY collusion, surely it would have LEAKED by now."

Oh, there is plenty of collusion alright; Comey, Mueller, Rosenstein and various members of Congress seking to protect Mueller, along with the enemy agents of the former Obama Administration. This is the Uniparty/deep state intending to remove the outsider President by any means necessary. The voters have to be taught a lesson so that they never again try and actually elect their own representative rather than select from the chosen Potemkin Village choices of the established elite.

The beltway GOP pigs don’t want to remove POTUS. That’s too obvious and will cost the party support. They want to weaken him politically to the point they can seize the beltway agenda on big ticket items like immigration and the budget. They hope that will frustrate Trump enough that he won’t run in 2020.

Your comment is the exact reason I believe Trump should be in court. Rosenstein clearly had a conflict when he appointed Mueller. Now there are 16 lawyers billing $Billions to actually do nothing. They are just pushing papers. They know they have nothing. This expense for us and trump is the reason he should be granted relief. Mueller contract could be completely voided. rosenstein would be brought up on ethics charges and possibly be liable for personal damages. None of this has to do with muellers commission’s actions. It is due to the origination of Muellers commission.

Yes - let’s hope that Sekulow & Co. are on this - I have faith in Jay Sekulow and the President’s legal team so am optimistic that they are aware of these issues (and will act accordingly to legally protect the President from the damages caused by the witch hunt).

Rosenrosen could leave the planet and it wouldn’t change Muleears’ kangaroo fishing expedition. The cretans are on the loose, and they’ve been given $carte blanche$. I’m glad my Lord has His hand on Donald John Trump. And woe betide those who mess with him. Their end will not be good.

I believe Mr Mueller as well as the attorneys on his team are all government employees and are paid based on the government salary scale. The top salary is somewhere around $160,000.00 per year. Probably no consolation, but they all took a substantial pay cut.

None, i9ncluding Mueller, is a Gov’t employee. They are paid at a rate approved by the same people that appointed them. These rates of billable hours at set in advance and include all types of activities. Everyone in EACH lawyers firm is sending in bills. These rates are not reasonable. They are exceptionly high considering the usual persons involved are big shots with big Clients.

There are no Per Diem or Case Rate at this level. look at the awan Family. Many making $160K for IT work. They are not lawyers. One worked at McDonalds. This is just graft piled on top of graft.
