Chang is well thought out, the food is interesting, nicely presented as well as pretty tasty, and the interior is Apple-sleek. I wouldn’t call it necessarily cheap though, but maybe by London standards it is.
P.F Chang’s sucks balls. Overpriced crap compared to good Chinese cuisine.
I’ve had dinner in PF Chang Bogota several times....excellent!
And the lettuce wraps are pretty much the best item on the menu, standing the test of time over much competition.
I was highly amused when I saw a P.F. Chang’s in Seoul. American interpretation of Chinese food, available in Seoul where it is probably heavily Koreanized.
I did not try it out, as P.F. Chang’s heavily seasons food with ginger, and I am allergic.
It is entirely possible to both enjoy authentic Chinese meals and, at the same time, enjoy PF Chang’s. My family does.

Just back from London.We Had a great dinner at L’Autre a Polish Mexican restaurant. Yes,that right!
I like their pork potstickers and pork fried rice. For the longest time, their frozen entrees had no pork so I never tried them. I noticed now that they have new frozen pork potstickers so i’ll have to find them.
We took my nephew to a PF Chang’s when he was about 3 years old. Don’t recall what we ordered, but he was so put off by the smell of it, he won’t go near ANY Chinese restaurant 15 years later.
No thanks. PF Chang’s is to Chinese food what Chipotle Grill is to Mexican food! Might as well open a can of “Chung King” Chicken Chop Suey.
