We need to find out if the Indonesian Scout Association promotes Islam! (I'll bet it does).... I will try to do some online research on this..... certainly in the USA many scout troops are sponsored by churches, and one of the 12 parts of the Scout Law is that a scout is "reverent." Ofc in the USA scouts overall are non-denominational, but Indonesia is overwhelmingly a Muslim population and it would seem likely they their scouting organization is intertwined with Islam. Ofc Obama was a boy then (so not making his own adult choices), but it would be "interesting" to know the extent to which he was indoctrinated in Islamic theology and practice. This is the kind of "research" that never was done sufficiently when Obama became our President with so little vetting!
