Whenever a black person is shot and killed by a police officer who's not black, it's always about race. But for some strange reason after an Australian bride-to-be Justine Ruszczyk Damond was shot and killed by a police officer who just happens to be a black Muslim of Somali ancestry, it's NOT a race issue... because the Somali community says so.
It's all about them now being the victim.

It’s not about race in that he probably didn’t shoot Justine because she was white. He shot her because he was a jumpy, poorly trained, unqualified cop.
It is about race because he was ushered into the force, despite his questionable qualifications, for the purpose of diversity virtue signalling by the mayor and police chief. Diversity is not an excuse for granting a license to kill, even unintentionally, under cover of authority.
A fellow Somali has publicly stated that Noor is a US citizen. Also, one of the requirements for the fast track to law enforcement program is that one be a US citizen.
So either he was allowed to participate in a program for which he was ineligible (quite possible, I’m sure) or he achieved citizenship at some point.
