Last November, Wikileaks founder Julian Assange declared that the CIA created ISIS alongside a release of 500,000+ cables from 1979.
Assange said that the decision made by the CIA, along with Saudi Arabia, to send large sums of money into arming the Mujahideen in Afghanistan during their fight against the Soviet Union, eventually led to the creation of al-Qaeda. This terror group was responsible for the 9/11 atrocities in New York, which resulted in the invasions of both Afghanistan and Iraq by the U.S. and the inception of ISIS.
The bloody year of 1979 would prove a pivotal one for the current makeup of the Middle East. The uprising at Mecca permanently shifted Saudi Arabia towards Wahhabism, leading to the transnational spread of Islamic fundamentalism and the US-Saudi destabilisation of Afghanistan, said Assange. Al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden left Saudi Arabia for Pakistan in order to fight with the Afghan Mujahideen. The Saudi links to Saudi terror groups in the region are undeniable. There are many Saudi princes funding the bloodshed that never seems to stop in that part of the world.

Far too sophisticated to have risen out of the desert on its own IMO.
Well Obama did nothing to stop them because they moved Muslims to all parts of the World
Of course
Aren’t 911 hijackers still alive? /s
McCain, Obumba, and Clinton created ISIS, then blamed it on the Russians and Syria.
Is water wet?
Yes. Specifically, ISIS is a Hillary Clinton-John McCain production.
I could document the whole thing from its very start when, not long after Clinton became SoS, the leaders of what would become ISIS were released from Camp Bucca.
Read up on Islam and how it spread from the Pacific to the Atlantic, from the Philippines to the Iberia penninsula, within a few centuries.
Using this logic, then the Soviet Union created ISIS.
If the had not invaded Afghanistan, the revolt against their rule would not have started.
Then the Saudis and The USA and others would not have been sending them money and arms;
Then Bin Laden would not have seized the opportunity to start up his own group, financed by the Saudis,
And the rest is history.
Of course, if the Germans had not sent Lenin to Russia near the tail end of the First World War;
Of if etc, etc, etc.
It all depends on how far back the “what if” rabbit hole you want to go down.
I’m thinking it’s more likely they created Dennis Rodman.
If secular radical movements like Communists are the main threat intelligence agencies support nationalist or religious movements which may eventually come to be a threat themselves.
The enemy of my enemy is (eventually) my enemy too.
Why is this surprising to anyone?
Lol! No one can predict what their actions in the Middle East will result in. Certainly not the CIA. There is no way to make sense of the Middle East or control any of its factions. The only sane way to deal with it is to get out of there and then blockade it so it can’t infect the rest of the world.
I think it’s most likely that Obama and Hillary created ISIS.
Acting propagandists include Susan Rice.
IMO It was created by Obama and his CIA. He called it ISIL because he wanted their conquest to include the Levant, which included Israel.
Yes, and Benghazi was a covert op that was using Gulf State money to buy weapons in Libya and ship them through Turkey to Sunni Al Qeida in Syria.
They were supposed to overthrow Assad.
They turned out to be an embarrassment, but yes. That was our CIA boys doing their normal globalist neocon BS.
WikiLeaks cables showed that in 2006 the embassy was already moving to exploit and develop sectarian differences and destabilize the country.
Might as well say Mohammed created ISIS.
Rudy Guliani: “You have to credit Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton with being founding members of ISIS...”
