What I'd like to know is when did President Trump find out that Comey was the leaker in the FBI? Was that a factor in his being fired?
I was appalled, and can no longer comprehend why those involved in the coup are still making excuses for Comey. If he was so dang concerned about President Trump's approach, why didn't he just explain protocol to him? And why wasn't he concerned when Loretta Lynch told him not to call an investigation an investigation?
I knew the DC swamp was bad, and its creatures weren't going to leave gracefully. But mygosh. The swampthings would rather destroy the nation than cede power.
“”And why wasn’t he concerned when Loretta Lynch told him not to call an investigation an investigation?””
Oh! But he was. He said he was “confused and concerned” when she issued that statement.
Compared with others in power, and with the press, Comey is a choirboy, clean as the driven snow. Seriously. On a comparative scale. They all admit it. The Senate panel members all asserted that Comey is honest and honorable, and on their scale of bad <--> good, Comey scores at the "good" end.
“...How do we know that they weren’t written later to cover his *ss?...”
Exactly.....
“The swampthings would rather destroy the nation than cede power.”
Many of them appear to be like Obama — they want to destroy the country. It’s not a sacrifice they are willing to make. It’s the whole point of their being in power.
Obviously they were written after he got fired. And now he’s making up stories about them. So clearly he’s lying.
Either that or he would also have memos of Obama, Hillary, Lynch, and every other corrupt politician.
President Trump probably made the decision to let Comey go the minute he asked him about loyalty and got the hesitant answer. According to Comey memo, he was asked a second time..a second chance. Trump is no dummy. He had his number from early on. He likes people and wants to have faith in them but will not hesitate on letting them go. He interviewed everyone one on one..what was Comey so scared of?
