Judge Andrew Napolitano Is Back At FOX NEWS, And He Defends His Wiretapping Claims.

“Yes, I do and the sources stand by it,” Napolitano said when asked if he’s sticking by the story. “And the American public needs to know more about this rather than less because a lot of the government surveillance authority will expire in the fall and there will be a great debate about how much authority we want the government to have to surveil us, and the more the American public knows about this the more informed their and the Congress’ decision will be.”

He added that “a lot more is going to come” on the issue.

“He used GCHQ. What is that? It’s the initials for the British intelligence-finding agency,” Napolitano said on Fox. “So, simply by having two people saying to them president needs transcripts of conversations involving candidate Trump’s conversations, involving President-elect Trump, he’s able to get it and there’s no American fingerprints on this.”

FOX should try suspending the Murdoch brothers for a couple of weeks.

Just to see what happens.

First of all, GCHQ stands for Government Communications Headquarters, which is the British equivalent of our National Security Agency (NSA) - not the CIA equivalent, that’s MI-6 - and the two work very closely together, as do the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD), the Canadian Communications Security Establishment (CSE) and the New Zealand Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB).

Napolitano may not know a lot about the US Intelligence Community, but I’ve gotta give the guy credit; doubling down and sticking to his guns. I suspect he told Fox, “OK guys, more is coming out on this subject and it’s big. I’ll be proven right in the end and you’ll be looking at one helluva wrongful dismissal lawsuit” - or words to that effect.

Fox News management and other media need to learn that just because something is denied is not proof it didn’t happen.

More interesting would be to see how the Shepherdess Smith takes this news. While digging, we might find the reasoning in FOX allowing the Judge’s return. Lawsuit for reporting the truth?

I suspect the information Nunes reviewed at the White House will ultimately vindicate Napolitano — and Fox knew it.

Why not Shep Smith or Jaun Williams ... just dump them for a week or two and ratings would go up. Dropping the Judge, they dropped me.

There is surveillance on all Americans - top to bottom - considering FBI, NSA, License Plate Trackers, IRS, ISPs and credit cards. No one is escaping. No one can.

The Judge needs his own network, and we need that for him too...
Hmmm... now how could such a thing come about???

Snickers, all around -
IT’s NOT JUST A CANDY BAR

It would be a gas to watch S.Smith attempt to walk back his bitchy comments of the recent past. He’s bent over in carrying d’rats, BO’Bs weight
