The House Intel Chief confirms now that data was collected on the Trump Transition Team while Obama was in office. Further that data was leaked and widely disseminated throughout the Intelligence Community. And even further, some US citizens were “unmasked” and exposed throughout the network. The talk is that the Trump family was being discussed, President-elect Trump’s new agenda was being discussed, and the selection of his Cabinet members was also discussed.
This is beyond the pale, and we knew something was amiss; but we had no idea that FBI Director Comey would blatantly lie to Congress. He said, “there was no evidence of Trump wiretapping” or “there was no evidence that Obama wiretapped Trump.” Whatever terms he used such as I quoted, really does not matter at this point. He outright denied that President Trump had been surveilled or “wiretapped.” The Intelligence Community has a really good command of the English language, and they use that command to confuse, deny, or change the meaning of an answer to a question. However, at this point, lets call a spade a spade.

Comey had double secret permission from both Obama and Hillary to lie, so it's all perfectly fine.

Technically, he didn’t lie. If you’re getting intercepts from “people around Trump” but not “wiretapping Trump himself” then Comey wasn’t “lying”.
Realistically, one would know that you’ll be intercepting communications from Trump. It’s a dance on a technicality. The worst part is who unmasked the names and leaked, that is illegal and Obama knows.
He is a sad recuse for an AG.
Actually, I have always greatly admired the guy.
But he stumbled on this Russia business, and lost his nerve, and once he did that---the Left knew they had his number. From Russia to racism to a trail of dust as he ran.

For some reason, my mind has harkened back to the Republican Convention and Ted Cruz committing political suicide. Donald Trump showed up to watch that speech, he knew that Cruz could not help himself and would do something outrageous. After Cruz did exactly that, the Donald got up and left. He had given Cruz the rope to hang himself, and Cruz obliged.
I now have to wonder if Comey was retained for the same reason. Did Trump know, or suspect, something like this and decided to let it play out and have the guy ruin himself? If so, Machiavelli would be impressed.

What is really interesting is what information Obama and his cronies were able to see. They learned what the Trump agenda was, how they were going to get things done and who they would be appointing to various positions. That means team Obama had a head start trying to thwart the progress of Team Trump. This is pretty bad stuff here and definitely worthy of prison time in my eyes. State secrets, spying.

Nobody "tapped" Trump tower "wires". It was done digitally...no wires involved.
Comey is a dem weasel, He needs to resign...
The American people expect him to be above politics, obviously he isn't..
