My Beloved Boston Irish Mom(RIP) used to make the Irish-American Version of Russian Dressing, which was so yummy to my childish palate that it got me to eat salad.
Equal parts mayo and ketchup! LOL!
For the more sophisticated palate, a dash of Worcestershire Sauce.
And this was during the COLD WAR! Russia was REALLY our enemy back then.
