Jason Chaffetz sent a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions asking Sessions to consider convening a grand jury or bringing charges against Hillary Clintons former IT guy, Bryan Pagliano.

The cost of flour, cheese, secret sauce, and sausage just went up.
Cheryl Mills needs to go before a grand jury, too.
During her deposition, she either 'did not know' or 'could not remember' 189 TIMES!
I’m sure they could work out a deal if he spills his guts.
Just fire the F’er!

Posted here with lots of comments; and a link to the letter from Chaffetz to Sessions recommending charges.
Hope he doesn’t end up on the Clinton Body Count!
IIRC Sessions has already said he will recuse himself from Clinton investigations. It will be interesting to see how this referral is handled...maybe defer it to ongoing FBI investigations?
Phase One commences . . .
There are plenty of other attorneys in the AGs office who can handle it.
Or there’s always Preet Bahara.
re: Jeff Sessions. He’s only been there a week and already things are turned around. I do suspect that a large part of the dem strategy was to keep Sessions from being confirmed, and then exploit errors from the new WH staff.
Oh, the 21st Century Craig Livingstone! Cue those 20th century lawyers, Hillary - even if they’re on walkers and respirators.
Did he recuse himself concerning Clinton, or anything associated with Clinton? The latter would be a wide swath.

Don’t know. I just hope it doesn’t go ignored.

You are not by yourself.
Lock him up!
Immunity would have to be dependent on the information provided and if it led to a conviction.
Good!
Recalling IRS lady, when invoking the Fifth Amendment, it is legally lost if even one question is answered, or peeps out a remark unasked by counsel to do so.
Chaffitz will use the in person declaration of the Fifth to take the creep to court through the Justice Dept, probably for improper use of the Fifth, or for obstruction.
Jason and Jeff could turn out to be a perfect match!! The J&J show!
