By refusing to reinstate the immigration executive order, Appeals Court completely ignores both statute and facts

The left is pretty excited right about now, and I suppose you can’t blame them. When they can’t win elections or pass their agenda via legislation, what they usually do is run to the courts. It matters not at all that it’s not the job of courts to overturn the will of voters or legislators. The only thing that matters to the left is getting their way, and they’ll be more than happy to see judges make up law from whole cloth if that’s what it takes to get what they want.

The ruling by the Ninth Circuit Appeals Court was expected. Like all leftists they wish to inflict harm on our country for its sins real and imaginary. This matter was decided by these judges long before the hearing.

Impossible for them to abandon something they obviously know nothing about. Remember their wonderful judicial findings have been overturned 8 out of 10 times. Some record. Now they cannot come to a legitimate conclusion when it comes to the law but they consider themselves the arbiter of national security. How damn stupid can they get, and that is not a challenge.

What do you do when judges in the judiciary branch ignore the laws and the Constitution? Congress must rein in the Judicial Branch and reclaim the power that it has surrendered over the years. Decisions by the Judicial Branch must be considered on their merits and acted on accordingly by the Executive Branch. If a decision is deemed to be clearly illegal or unconstitutional then it should be ignored. Any concerns generated by an ignored decision should be addressed by the Legislative Branch. The Judicial Branch cannot be allowed to place itself at a higher level than the other two branches.

There are those who choose to live peaceably within the rule of law. And there are those who choose to ignore the law. Generally there is no problem as this is what prisons are for. But what happens when someone in a position of authority, like a judge or a so-called judge, turns his back on the rule of law? What then? And what if the so-called judge is entrenched in a community of like-minded non-law-abiding enablers making impeachment unlikely? What then? I see only civil war in our future. It's past time to be ready.

The 9th has been over turned more than any court in the nation they get so may things wrong they must have studied law between lunch and dinner.
