Look, you are obviously invested in Brady being right as are about 25% of the rest of the Football fans. Because of this you will latch on to ANY excuse you can to make your point. I have shown you there was NO Steelers deflate gate and unless you have evidence contrary to what the league said it totally shuts down your argument pertaining to that issue. It is a poor excuse to claim he took the balls into the bathroom because he had to go. He could have left them locked up and come back for them when he was finished. As for his phone, "On or shortly before March 6, the day that Tom Brady met with independent investigator Ted Wells and his colleagues, Brady directed that the cell phone he had used for the prior four months be destroyed. He did so even though he was aware that the investigators had requested access to text messages and other electronic information that had been stored on that phone. During the four months that the cell phone was in use, Brady had exchanged nearly 10,000 text messages, none of which can now be retrieved from that device. The destruction of the cell phone was not disclosed until June 18, almost four months after the investigators had first sought electronic information from Brady.

Anyone with a cell knows that the text messages are only displayed as headers or with the sender or recipients name. In order to read the text it must be clicked or tapped. All the league was interested in were the texts to and from the equipment people. And either Brady or his Atty could easily have monitored that. Also keep in mind he had virtually NO contact with these guys prior to the investigation and afterward they communicated routinely and he even had them in his office on a regular basis.

As the league said, Brady was not cooperative in the investigations and one has to wonder if he had NOTHING to hide why would that be so? Also the "legal" bleating from his supporters is meaningless since the rules that must be followed are in a signed contract. You might want to understand the Constitution does not come into play in these matters. Example is an NFL player has no First Amendment rights as an employee of the League and the team he signs with. Many players have been fined for simply mouthing off about a Referee's call. The contract also calls for cooperating with the league in investigations when called upon too do so, something Brady refused too do.

No, I am not invested in Brady. I just think you are full of it. You obviously did not read the story at the link I provided. Why should you? You apparently already know everything. I personally don’t like seeing good people slandered and hassled over make believe BS. There are other explanations than he is guilty and hiding stuff. The explanation that Goodell accepted for the Steelers deflated balls also works for the Patriots but it would kill the fun of screwing Brady, wouldn’t it? All the league was interested in was railroading Brady and the Patriots. You hate Brady, I get it. Good for you, get your hate on.

No fella I didn’t read the story at your link because I’ve read aboutevery “take” on this thing from probably. 25 sources.

I’ll go with the ACTUAL FULL REPORT RELEASED BY THE IINVESTIGATIVE COMMITTEE of the NFL.

Everything else is pure spin. Bottom line he was found guilty of an infraction of the NFL rules and it was upheld despite the appeals.

Guilty, case closed!

I hate no one and certainly not the Pats or Brady. Why would I since my NYG whipped them twice and had Brady running for his life in both games.

Facts are not hate, you’re just pissed because Your hero’s legacy will forever be tarnished.

Brady is the G.O.A.T. and he is widely hated by folks like you. You certainly spent a lot of time denying your hate on. The fact is that the Steelers had the exact same situation with their deflated balls and Goodell dismissed it with he same explanation that should have sufficed for the Patriots. That is the only “fact” I have seen in all this. I think your BS is pure speculation by a hater.

per the Steelers, their never was an incident according too the league. If you have "evidence" otherwise then show me. From the NFL: After Fox Sports' Jay Glazer reported Sunday the New York Giants alerted the league that two balls used by the Pittsburgh Steelers last week were underinflated, the NFL said no such issue occurred.

"The officiating game ball procedures were followed and there were no chain of command issues," league spokesman Brian McCarthy. "All footballs were in compliance and no formal complaint was filed by the Giants with our office."

LOL, I'm sure you would like to believe I "hate" Brady but I do not. He is a Trump fan as is his boss Kraft so I like him fine. Plus he has been BEATEN TWICE by my NYG and so I have nothing for which to him.

The facts remain. The Pats have been found guilty as well as hugely fined for their "extra legal" activity and flagrant violation of the league rules. Further 70% of the NFL fans believe these charges and as they say, "Perception is reality" You have no case here because your "proof" is cherry picked from super partisan sources. Everyone know the sports writers are all queer for Brady and their fondest wish is to go too sleep at night with one of his sweaty jocks over their heads. Really, these clowns are a total embarrassment.

I do not know why the NFL did not go after the Steelers. Maybe it is because Rooney is a known Obama butt licker and so is most of the rest of the NFL? It did happen though and was not pursued as it was against the Patriots and Brady. The NFL front office probably hast a hate on for the G.O.A.T much as you do. That is the only explanation that makes sense. You are obviously a fellow Brady hater, why don’t you tell me why the NFL did not pursue this as they did when it happened to New England?

https://de.sports.yahoo.com/news/why-did-nfl-handle-steelers-deflated-balls-story-so-much-differently-than-deflate-gate-212610332.html

From the article: “New York head coach Ben McAdoo said as much after Sunday night’s victory. And besides, why would a complaint need to be formal? Shouldn’t the NFL want to seek the truth with the same vigor it did against Brady and the Patriots?”

LOL, read what the LEAGUE said and stop using sources who are infatuated with Brady. There was nothing to investigate and the NYG never even submitted a complaint. The league did nothing because there WAS nothing.

"Maybe it is because Rooney is a known Obama butt licker and so is most of the rest of the NFL?"

Geez are you not even aware of Brady and Kraft both being friends of Trump? Your attempt at defending Brady is totally falling apart because you haven't a shred of evidence to show what the league did was either improper or outside the leagues prerogative.

Repeating the same baseless arguments over and over does not make them more acceptable or true.

Honestly you argue just like a Liberal. Sad.

No, I would say that liberals tend to be haters, much like you. Brady is inarguably the G.O.A.T. Have a good day.

Sure and you have a good day as well. One last thing.

Only in the hater’s minds, so you will probably see it. 5 SB championships for one QB. G.O.A.T.

Sure, 5 rings. One of them because of the worst play call in NFL history against the Sea Hawks and another because of the “fumble that never was” against the Raiders.

LOL, hell I saw that game and even Brady knew he fumbled because he got up and immediately ran off the field.

Brady is talented, no question but seriously, he is half a c*nt, a first class whiner when a defensive player breathes on him. Now Eli Manning is TOUGH as is seen in both his victories against “Terrific Tommy”.

The dark cloud will forever dog the Pats and their fans.....forever!!

The Giants won a Super Bowl on a freak catch that the receiver could not replicate if he had 1,000 chances to do so. If he drops that catch, Brady (G.O.A.T) would have six rings. That is how the ball bounces. You might want to rethink accusing people of whining as a Giants fan. The all time whiner champ is Eli Manning. He got out of playing for the team that drafted him by pitching a bitch fit any dive would be proud of. The only reason he got away with it is because he is Archie Manning’s son and Peyton’s brother. Anyone else would have been playing is San Diego. Eli is the most successful whining diva in NFL history.

“The Giants won a Super Bowl on a freak catch...”

Didd you even watch the SB? What about the Pat’s receiver who also made a miracle catch? The catch made by the NYG receiver was a simple leap and grab and he came down holding the ball against his helmet, The Pats player used the arm of the defensive player to keep the ball from touching the ground. LOL, talk about “lucky”

Better give it up son, you’re getting your ass kicked in this discussion.

Whatever. You’re the one who first brought up how lucky the Pats have been. I simply pointed out the Giants and their diva Eli got very lucky too. Luck is part of the game. I sent you the link to a story that points out that the Steelers did the same deflated ball thing as the Pats and questions why it was dismissed out of hand by the same commissioner who went on a Brady witch hunt. You replied that Yahoo Sports is a pro-Brady source which I think is simply delusional on your part. BTW, the G.O.A.T said he may play 5 more years. Looks like your hater schedule may be full for another half decade or so. Enjoy your hate on for the G.O.A.T. Have a great day.
