Great comment! Very clever. :)
LOL!
The left’s focus on Trump during a football game proves he is living in their little tin-hat wearing heads BIGLY.
What are you, from Atlanta or Goodell’s nephew?
The “evidence” of the Pats’ “cheating” has been debunked.
I so wish Jr and Eric had been the two to go to DC with Dad instead of Ivanka and hubby.
LOL, I don’t “hate” anyone and surely not the pats. I am a NYG fan and if you recall the NYG beat Brady in TWO SB within 4 years. Hell, I didn’t even watch the game since I had no horse in the race. All I did was state pure fact and leave others too draw a conclusion.
No it hasn't. Patriots fans think so, but they're Patriots fans. What can I say?

Evidence debunked by who? So why hasn’t Brady and the Pats had their fines rescinded? DUH!!
What’s best is knowing there are people torturing themselves with that nonsense.
“Whats best is knowing there are people torturing themselves with that nonsense.”
Yes and if you read my other posts on this subject you will know I am the torturer and not the torture. I am a NYG fan and the Giants have beaten the pats and Brady twice in the SB in a four year period.
"I get second Super Bowl ring."
I guess I misunderstood what you were getting at and you missed probably the best SB ever. It seems to me that a lot of people hate the Patriots and Brady simply because they win a lot. I am a Cowboys fan but I appreciate the Patriot’s continued excellence. It is my opinion that Goodell took that whole deflated football thing to ridiculous lengths for no good reason. I think Goodell letting the Steelers slide for the same thing this year shows that it was not about the sanctity of properly inflated game balls. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing Goodell loudly booed at the ceremony after the game. He richly deserved that.

I missed it “live” but viewed the game early Monday morning. I am up at 4:00 AM so I caught all the highlights and as soon as it goes up on YouTube can, if I choose watch the game in it’s entirety.
About the deflate gate thing. What many seem too overlook is that Brady LIED to the investigators about destroying his cell phone so he wouldn’t have to turn it over. He was in constant contact with the equipment manager(s) beginning immediately after the claim of deflating the balls was made. This in contrast to his having literally NO contact with them previously.
There is a history of the Pats breaking the rules and paying substantial fines. Sure they win games but the aura surrounding the team is they do this by breaking the rules. Is it true? Does it matter if the perception among so many football fans (close to 70%) is that the Pats cheat?
Finally there is the arrogance and lack of class of the team in general, although I would leave Brady out of this part. They are very Ungracious losers and even worse when they win. One example which has stuck in my mind was when they beat an opponent on the road and after the game ended the Pats players ran to midfield and proceeded to jump up and down on the opponents emblem . Childish? You bet and something I had never seen before despite watching football for almost 60 years.
The unpopularity of the Pats has been brought on them by their own actions.
What many seem to miss is that the players union told Brady not to give up his cell phone. They did not want that to become a precedent. I agree with that decision, private property does not belong to employers. I know that if my employer asked for my cell phone I would tell them to KMA unless they had a court order, which the NFL did not. I think the whole thing was a witch hunt simply because other owners are jealous of the Patriot’s success. That was made obvious to me by the clown Goodell letting the Steelers slide on deflated balls this year. It was never about the sanctity of game balls being properly inflated. If it were, they would be demanding Big Ben’s cell phone and he would be sitting out 4 games next year. It was always about nothing more than Goodell getting Brady and the Patriots for the other owners who are incapable of emulating the Patriot’s success.

Fair enough. But why didn’t Brady just SAY that? Why didn’t he ask the league to get a court order (if they could). after which he would turn it over?
Instead he LIED about it and therein lies one of the problems. Goodall said as much when he issued and explained the terms of the penalty. It’s almost like politics where the cover up is worse than the crime.
As too why they didn’t go after the Steelers? Don’t know that but they had video of the Pats equip managers taking those footballs into the bathroom where he remained with them for several minutes. Can you think of even ONE reason for this except to avoid scrutiny? In the case of Steelers, perhaps no supporting evidence exits.
As I said the history of the Pats has hurt them in areas of believability in these situations and it is their own fault.
“Dont know that but they had video of the Pats equip managers taking those footballs into the bathroom where he remained with them for several minutes.”
Actually, the equipment guy was in the bathroom for about 90 seconds. I would guess he was relieving himself as that is not much time to deflate 24 balls. As for the phone, Brady never said he destroyed it. He said he gave it to his assistant to wipe because he broke it in the locker room and got a new one. Did Goodell ask for big Ben’s phone too after the Steelers were caught using deflated balls? He did not, mostly because this was purely an anti-Brady screw job. You are making my point. See how ridiculous this is?
You miss the point. Brady SAID HE destroyed the phone when investigation showed he did NOT. That is a lie. He also said he ALWAYS destroys old phone when he gets a new one and that is also a lie based on the fact he didn’t destroy the one in question.
Go here too see how 12 footballs were deflated in just 40 seconds.
Follow link, scroll down to deflate gate 2 to answer your question about the Steelers deflating footballs
No, Brady did not say he destroyed it. He said he gave it to his assistant and had no idea what happened to it after that. Coincidentally, 90 seconds is also how long it takes to put down two bags of balls, take a wiz and wash your hands which is what most normal people do in restrooms. You’re making my point and apparently do not realize how ridiculous this whole thing was. Will you be throwing conspiracy theories at the Steelers also? They were caught “doing” the same exact thing. Goodell decided that balls inflated at room temp in Pittsburgh, PA deflate when taken into the cold, but that rule of physics apparently does not apply at Foxboro, MA. See how stupid that sounds? Goodell is probably your idea of a great thinker and outstanding NFL commissioner.
