The hard & soft core left have been in jihad for decades now. Declaring war against America has already taken place, just not actually announced. If you are waiting for them to actually announce it I think that will never happen. Only because then we could actually do something about it. As long as it remains undeclared then they are free to continue down the path of destruction for America.
We may have different definitions of jihad.
I think the left is close to armed insurrection, or at the very least, committing random acts of violent terrorism to resist this president.
