Monday in Miami after attending a Martin Luther King Day event, while commenting on the controversy over Rep. John Lewis (D-GA) saying of President-elect Donald Trump he didn’t “see the president-elect as a legitimate president” and Trump’s tweeted response, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) said he “hoped” the Trump would have responded differently “given everything that John Lewis means to our country.”

I've never seen another politician like this before.
I did not vote for Rubio in the general election. I could not vote for the Democrat either so I just left it blank.

Rubio thinks he can “disagree” with Lewis’s insult of Trump and yet praise Lewis’s “accomplishments”. He thinks this is going to 1) endear him to Trump supports while also 2) give him cred with the racist Democrats.
Rubio is WRONG on all counts! Trying to play the middle just makes him look like the weak, pathetic COWARD he is — to both sides!

Many of us did not vote for this treasonous global.
You have to wonder how McTraitor, Grahamnesty, Global Ryan, and Foam Boy Rubio keep “winning” re-election. I believe they have the machines rigged to ensure their victory. I don’t know how, it’s just my sense that these traitors could not otherwise “win”.
Pipsqueak is trying to be relevant.
Rubio is establishment. And he holds Tillerson’ slob in his hands. He is negotiating with Trump. For what? Who knows.
I know that the guy marched with King and got beat up over standing up for his civil rights but does something he did 40 years ago make every decision he has right and just. At this point I look at him as just a political hack who is capitalizing on his history in the civil writs movement. I see no reason to respect his opinions or positions because his biggest argument seems to be. I was marching with Doctor KING and my opinion maters because of that.
This is pretty easy to handle. Simply ask Congressman Lewis “What part of the election process was made illegitimate? The voting machines? The voter registration boards? The Electoral College? What EXACTLY did the Russians do to make Trump’s election illegitimate?”
His answer will discredit anything else he has to say.
Marco is a jack-ass.
John Lewis doesn’t mean shit to me. Calling the election illegitimate is his problem.
Marco pandering to the left will eventually get him home.
Little Marco surrenders like the French after the first shot is fired.
What has little Marco accomplished in the real world?
He can’t even pay his credit card bills on schedule.
It is obvious all these career politicians know is giving smooth sounding speeches.
Bruvah Lewis had his day. But after 30 years in congress, in my book he’s just a high level welfare leach.
