Sounding like a herd of hyenas, a group of liberal protesters staged a cough-in at the Trump International Hotel and Tower restaurant Sunday to denounce the likely repeal of Obamacare.
On the same day The Washington Post published an interview with Donald Trump, where the president-elect said the GOP replacement plan will offer affordable health “insurance for everybody,” about 15 “health care advocates” interrupted lunch at the restaurant, according to the New York Daily News.
The liberals hacked away as they loudly feigned clearing their throats, before holding up signs, to include one that read: “We Need Obamacare.”
…a determination that doesn’t seem to take into account the overwhelming number of Americans who want to see the failed health care law repealed.
The cough-in protest was the handiwork of a group called Rise and Resist, the Daily News reported.
And even though they’ve yet to see the first detail of any replacement plan being put forth by Trump, some of the signs declared, “Trumpcare Makes Us Sick.”

Thanks for posting but on the same say tired of hearing about protesters. I we’re talking 15 people here? Reverend Al’s protests had the AP covering it when it was only two or three hundred people? These are all children of the selfie generation just attention whores & I’m over it.
Things like this do not help sway opinion toward the protesters point of view. To the contrary, this repels acceptance.
This kind of childish bullying is what America has been rejecting for eight years as Dems have lost thousands of state legislative positions, several governorships, the House, the Senate, and the Presidency.
