An incensed President-Elect Donald Trump has asked the First Amendment gurus on his legal team if it is permissible to expel or restrict CNN and BuzzFeed News personnel from White House press corps, a transition insider told True Pundit.
At a raucous press conference Wednesday Trump warned BuzzFeed and CNN “would suffer the consequences” for publishing “fake news” about him, though he did not elaborate.

What is it about CNN and elderly people? Seems like all the rooms in the Rest home has on CNN and I know they have cable and dish networks...

If you don't act civilly during press conferences, your organization is sent to the back row in the WH Press Room. You only get to move forward when someone else is sent behind you.

There's a new sheriff in town. Unless the press passes are given out in accordance with a statute passed by Congress, the "traditional" way of getting a press pass is nothing more than an outdated establishment rule that Trump can revoke at any time. Further he can instruct the Secret Service to prohibit anyone he wants from getting within spitting distance of the White House fence.
He’s not a dictator. Also, while some actions may make you feel good, that does not mean it serves him in the long run. Behind the scenes, cold shoulders can be more effective than public banishment.
He can ban anybody he wants from the WH press room. Access to the White House is a privilege and not a right. CNN can report from behind the fence. They are “Fake News”. DT proved it. They have to get past the SS and DT can keep anyone he wants from getting past the gate.
Access to the press room is not a right for anyone. CNN can watch it on TV. Just like you and me.
Needless to mention ....we ALL know there is nothing illegal about omitting the fake news advocates from the press room. BO’B attempted to do this once with Fox News (w/o fake news) ....there were NONE in the media who proclaimed his ignorance or his illegal attempt to ignore the law.
In fact, the news media banded together (not the ONLY time in history) to proclaim to the administration it would be all or nothing at all.
Fake news warrants fake news press conferences. (like BO’Bs who once held a fake news conference thinking he might get reporters to wish him a happy birthday. (saddened as no one mentioned HIS BD...not one)
