New Sheriff Who Defeated Arpaio (With Help of Soros) Calls Illegal Aliens “Guests”

Newly sworn-in Maricopa County, Arizona, Sheriff Paul Penzone, in a January 4 interview with Phoenix TV station ABC 15, referred to illegal aliens as “guests.”

Penzone , who assumed office on January 1 after defeating six-term Sheriff Joe Arpaio in November, said during the interview:

We will need to work with the guests who are here in our nation and are pursuing citizenship and separate that from those who are committing crimes and make sure that we a caring community that is serious about public safety.

While it may not be immediately apparent from this quote that Penzone was referring to illegal aliens when he spoke about “guests,” the ABC 15 reporter who interviewed the new sheriff noted that for “24 years, sheriff Joe Arpaio made no bones about it: illegal is illegal.

The new sheriff uses different terms for undocumented immigrants. He calls them ‘guests.’

“Undocumented immigrants” is the popular euphemism for illegal aliens among those who wish to ignore the fact that illegal immigration is a crime.

In a statement quoted by both AP and the Arizona Republic, Penzone described what he regards as his first order of business: “The top priority is addressing the issue of the federal monitors and meeting those objectives and those outcomes,” he said. “We have to do that. We can’t move forward until we’ve gotten on the same page, so I look forward to working with the ACLU. I look forward to working with the DOJ on the monitors and getting everybody on the same page so this community can be in a better place.”

The monitors to which Penzone referred were assigned after a federal judge ruled that the sheriff’s department had racially profiled Latinos during traffic operations.

An old friend of mine lives in Maricopa county and reached out to me last month asking how living conditions were in Florida. I guess there’s legitimate concern?

Living conditions are terrible in Floriduh. Really awful-food is high, bugs are awful, people are always making shine in the woods. It is hot and humid all year long.

Will the new sheriff kiss them and tuck them in their new expensive quarters?

This ‘new’ liberal will cause an overflow of ‘guests’ that will equal the county’s population.

Lived in Florida for 36 years and not been exposed to what you’re peddling.

Food prices are no different than I’ve seen elsewhere unless you have a penchant for dragonfruit and buffalo meat.

Bugs can be found anywhere in the world.

And making shine in the woods? I can honestly say I’ve never had moonshine from Florida, or from anyplace for that matter.

It’s currently 58 degrees on my patio. Not sure what constitutes hot, but I’ve spent a lot of time out of doors lately.

Some people just like to grouse about their living conditions without deference to other locales. Everyone’s got something shitty to say about their hometown.

The best thing about “guests” is that they eventually go home.

When will these “guests” be leaving?

In Texas, they are “illegal aliens,” so we will encourage them to head for AZ, where they are “guests.”

Florida and Texas are getting hammered with “new” people. The people pouring off I-75 In FL is alarming to say the least. Huge demographic changes, hoards of people with no manners who think they own the world!

No. It's true!

Florida is horrible. No jobs, high cost of living, unbearably hot year round, bugs thick as molasses, gators in every puddle and crick, and it's filled with Florida Man and relatives. The environment is being destroyed by SUVs, beaches are sinking from global warming, black guns abound and the stand your ground law has killed more people than the entire Civil War. Even some of the colleges aren't safe spaces. Nope, Florida is bad.

“Guests” are typically invited, and are expected to leave at some point. These are not guests.

I hear ya. I’m in Oregon. Way back when, we had ad campaigns telling people how wet and miserable it was here. Then there was the “Don’t Californicate Oregon” movement. It’s not uncommon to see RV’s with Kali plates and cardboard signs saying “ Don’t worry,we’re not staying. “

With all the cactus needles you’d expect a lot of seamstresses.

I lived there for a while, and though this could be fun, there could also be danger.
