The courts could legally “install” Hillary Clinton as president instead of Donald Trump, because of Russia’s alleged interference in the election, The Huffington Post asserted in a story Friday.
Seizing on a breaking report that the CIA has concluded Russia worked covertly to help Trump win the election, Alex Mojaher writes in HuffPo the findings could be enough for a federal court to “invalidate” Trump’s win. “Russian Interference Could Give Courts Legal Authority To Install Clinton,” the headline reads.

HuffPost is poison.
For years I followed Matt Fuller at Politico. He had the best insight on the House of anyone.
Then he went to HuffPost. Now his reporting is dull, uninformative drivel.
The war fought on our knees may mean the most in speeding a solution.
I don’t think God has walked Donald Trump up to this thing only to say Surprise! Fooled you! I really don’t.
But Satan can harass around the edges.
This is where asking for the love of God (which Satan despises and finds maximally repulsive) can help flush the problems out.
I think my inkling will prove out. Not even the US courts will want this unseemly mess that has been trucked up by the Democrats, and will find some excuse to throw it out on its ear. Trump promises much, some of which lefties are uncomfortable with, but an unseemly mess is not among it.

Well, it was a state issue then. I don’t know if they will try it with a Federal judge but I sure wouldn’t put it past them. that’s their plan anyway.
They’re scared to death of Trump. I think this strategy comes straight from the oval office. Obama’s probably more scared of Trump than anyone else in the entire govt.
If they do find a Federal court to try and install Hillary, they better have a bunker to hide out in.
A lot of the procedures involved in the election of president and vice president are hard coded in the Constitution in Article II, and the 12th and 25th Amendments. They are a matter of black letter law. The rest are based on acts of Congress.
The federal courts have no authority in this matter. The state legislatures do. Congress does.
Even here, I would suggest delving into the logic used. This couldn’t be done without a way of ascertaining the content of the “bad ballots.” And the picture isn’t at all clear here. Our dear Greenies’ feint has only succeeded in telling us that Donald Trump had more, not less, support than originally figured.
If they try for that briar patch, I think they are going to get all scratched up.
We really do need to downsize the CIA. They cause more conflicts than they ever resolve. Conflicts are good for their job security.
And while we’re at it, let’s downsize the FBI, ATF, EPA, ETC.

I put up some weird thoughts about the Dems trying a coup...the results were always the same: Our side has the guns that we need. That option is essentially non-operable.

CNN took a very sharp turn to the left over the years. It’s worst than MSNBC (Based on online videos that I see of both o them)
This is why Trump is surrounding himself with military men in his government. He wants men with guns, just in case.
The only plausible reason I can think of that Putin would want Trump to win is that he believes it gives him a better chance of keeping Assad and Syria in Russia’s sphere of influence rather than in the Islamists.
It is absolutely a precedent. The judge in the Penn case took the election from a democrat who won and gave it to the Republican who lost. The judge threw out ever single absentee ballot ruling they were corrupted by a voter fraud scheme and get this “hacking” if I remember correctly.
