Now if you were to explain the emotional state of the women in the clip what conclusion would you draw about her on a visceral level?

Now that you have LISTENED to it, You would think that she just witnessed something horrific happen on her way to work, or that her pet Dog of 14 years died tragically by getting ran over while it crossed the street or something else.
Now re-wind and WATCH IT, and notice her facial expressions... ( you don't have to watch all of it, just a few minutes in the middle will do) You can Watch a segment that you previously listened to where it seemed she was emotionally distraught.

I was surprised when i watched it because I listened to it the first time too.
Her facial expressions don't match up with the almost "tearful cadence" to her voice.
So what is going on here?
Here is my theory: These Liberal or Social Justice Warriors, or "Emotional thinking" type people have learned a new "trick" when they were growing up in their single mother or both parent working homes ( any parent who easily felt internalized guilt about their children) that they were able to exploit as children.
This is what i call the "Cat's Meow" trick. It has been proven that Cats meow and act the way they do because they mimic a crying baby in some ways, and that draws an emotional response from their human caretakers/owners.
So these children after having been dumped into daycare all day long learned that if they "speak like they are about to cry" they will get an emotional response / reward from their parent. This is very well in most cases an unconscious response to the "Abandonment" they feel or they unconsciously learn it as a child and never unlearn it as their parents feel guilty all the time and they are never called out on it when they get older. It is that "Whiny child" voice that they never grow or are forced to grow the hell out of.
In some cases I would wager it is a learned "sociopath like behavior" that is manifested later as they learn they can use it to ply thing they want out of people.
Notice also how it just doesn't work when used against Tucker Carlson, he just flat out ignores it, Like any Rational Father figure would do.

This is the evil of identity politics. They assign you an allowed identity based on demographics. Identity politics says “here is the ideology approved for your identity”. It is the merger of tribe and theology, akin to “all Jews must worship Yaweh”; it uses social pressure to enforce ideological conforming and fear of shunning/expulsion from the tribe to keep people in line politically.
By assigning women, blacks, LBGT to Democrats, they can call conservative blacks traitors or not really black, akin to the Muslim apostates worse than an unbeliever and condemned to death. Right now, liberals just routinely threaten death but don’t regularly act upon the threats, but when you can hate on people regularly for their demographics (hatred of whites, men, conservatives) and call for their death, liberal politics has become hate speech ... and their 2 minute hates keep potential dissidents all the more aligned out of fear.
The alignment of ideology and demographic identity also justifies the moral hierarchy, X groups are officially less privileged so they have more moral weight in a disagreement or points in their favor when the state makes a decision. But any liberal is considered better than any conservative, because conservative women and homosexuals and blacks are seen as “having torn up their membership card”. The apostates are evil.
If you call all conservatives evil, then of course their leader becomes the anti-Christ, or in secular parlance, Hitler.

Someone recently made the point that it is not the 1st generation of Muslim immigrants that are an issue, but the 2nd or 3rd generation that radicalize heavily as they try to “find themselves”...
The SJWs seem to be somewhere between the 1st and 2nd generation in that paradigm.

You don’t notice it as much if you watch it, but if you are just listening to it ( I thin your brain compensates since it has a visual cue to look at which is opposite and it cancels it out somewhat ) , BUT it really stands out for some reason when audio only.
Watching tv with the sound off is also amazing.
Sargon of Akkad’s “social justice is a cult” discussions are also great. Coming from a true liberal, his discussions on how they foster cult-like mentality and membership reinforcement and how SJWs are contrary to liberal principles but instead very authoritarian is very insightful.
Dr. Jordan Peterson’s findings on the personality differences between classic liberals and social justice warriors, shared in an interview on I think Rebel Media, a conservative Canadian site, was also interesting. The liberals and the authoritarian liberals are both high on agreeableness (overt avoidance of aggression). But SJWs have a high correlation to diagnosed mental illness (anxiety disorders), strict need for black and white rules (more often associated with conservative religious), lower average IQ, high degrees of conscientiousness (demand for order).

In this personality profile for liberals, they have an intense need to protect those in distress.
And classic liberals are unable to fight the authoritarians because they are conflict averse in general, have the similar empathy for the distressed. Classic liberals though have a high trait openness and broad attraction to novelty with low disgust for anything sexual.
The parents who fled theocracies and oppressive states appreciated, at least until we brought in Muslim migrants and liberal worshiping of the migrant as better than the native prevented assimilation, didn’t go radical.
The second and third generation is assigned the identity of the religion/ethnicity, and the mosques full of fundamentalist preachers exported by their home nations have extra authenticity compared to the partially assimilated parents. So the second and third generation are more likely to go join ISIS, or in the case of Somali immigrants, Al Shabab.
She is too stupid and uniformed to be a sociopath. Actually, she gives sociopaths (aka, Anti-social Personality Disorders) a bad name. They are often quite bright.

I did exactly as you directed. Listening first, I thought she sounded highly emotional, a hair under breaking out in tears at times.
Watching it was completely different.

I guess it doesn’t work on me. All I heard was a crybaby. I lived in the northeast for forty years, so I suppose it’s a learned response. Whenever I hear a liberal crybabies, I just want to stick something in their mouths.

Well, one interesting thing is that cats don’t “meow” at each other, instead they have other noises they use among themselves. So unlike a dog’s barking or howling, it is a noise that cats are exclusively using to communicate with humans.
I doubt cats observed human babies and tried to mimic the sound. They were probably just making all sorts of sounds at humans, and the cats that made sounds in the human vocal range tended to get fed more, so they kept doing it.
Tucker needed to do a little background...
He should of countered with the reasons the states sued... specifically
I watched and listened.
The ‘citizen activist’ was staring daggers and projecting hatred toward Tucker. Her voice became particularly whiny and shrill as the segment progressed because her buzz words were not having the desired effect.
If she could have had her most fervent wish, he would have dropped dead on the spot. She lowered her head, stuck out her lip and let every emotion show in her eyes.
Not needy. Furious, contemptuous and clueless that her schtick was having no effect.
