Why is the news for this reporting differently depending on the source..liberals are reporting that PA will be challenged, this article says otherwise, then there are comments on this thread that say she has PA in play...? Does anybody actually know what's gong on and what the rules are?

That must be why Stein camp is trying to claim the whole PA election process was illegal - she ain’t making any friends in the blue States whose electioneers she is impugning, much less with the voters she is trying to disenfranchise....
