If you live in CA get used to having an unlicensed taco stand in front of your house.

More elected officials putting fraudulently documented foreigners ahead of American citizens and the rule of law.

Heheheh!

Ah, the irony that progressives, in order to protect illegal aliens, would roll back regulatory capture!

Maybe we Texans can get Austin liberals on board with this? Not only by engaging in regulatory decapture among street vendors but by removing State and local licensing schemes from the backs of other businesses too.

The LA Raza, formerly LA city council will now put legitimate businesses in financial peril to support their illegal thugs.

Wait until the food poisoning events reach record levels with third world thugs with filthy hands and clothes start preparing food to sell on the Streets of La Raza, formerly LA.

The illegals are taking business away from legal businesses that pay taxes and comply with regulations. How would you like it if you owned a small restaurant and paid rent. One day you have a guy on the sidewalk in front of your business who pays no rent, no taxes, but he is a Mexican and there is nothing you can do about it.

Hallelujah! The Trump Effect continues.

Even dyed-in-the-wool communists are now promoters of Free Enterprise.

So citizens of United States must obey all laws, get permits, have insurance and follow all the other regulations the government has, but if you are in this country illegally you don’t.

Sweet. /s

Food trucks provide an entrepreneur with limited capital, the opportunity to open a business without having to finance the cost of a storefront operation.

And that is always good for America and our economy.

And can they afford to lose federal funding? Trump needs to be steadfast on cutting off any funds he has immediate control over and should press congress to do same with funds that they can pull.

So, essentially, they’re acting to protect themselves from the imagined consequences of their own delusions.

The initial proposal is to resume deporting those who have been convicted of felonies (crimes with prison sentences). If there’s ever mass deportation (which appears unlikely), any contact with the INS, whether at traffic court, or standing out front of a building supply store, will put the alien at peril. Being cited for not having a vendors license wouldn’t present a significantly greater risk of becoming a contributor to the busloads headed south than just being on the street in the first place.

The third drunk driving conviction might be, though.

If the street vendors are not criminals, they likely won’t even be bothered by the Trump Admin.

Something that’s been done before; Maywood a small community near downtown in LA county disbanded the police department all together because the illegals were complaining they were getting too many traffic tickets and DUIs Its leading total anarchy, just like back home, the wealthy just pay protection money to the gangs, while the peasants will have no justice since that’s the type of government they like, its win win for them either way ,,

A big difference from my town (in Washington State) where the city is re-emphasizing restaurant safety, licensing and inspections. And the results get published in the local newspaper.

But don’t you dare let your 12 year old kids try to open a lemonade stand during the summer, lest the LAPD SWAT descend upon them.
