Billionaire investor and Trump supporter Carl Icahn speaks with Fox Business Network's Neil Cavuto about the president-elect's proposals to reduce regulations on business and the energy industry, why working people supported Donald Trump, and whether or not he would consider taking a role in the Trump administration.
About Trump's appeal to working people, Icahn said: "The pundits all wonder what happened, but I think it was extremely simple... Think of a middle-class guy working out in the middle west. The real question is not why did he vote for [Trump], but why wouldn't he vote for him?"
"I said to Donald right in the beginning," Icahn continued. "His message was right on. The only one that could defeat Donald was Donald, and he didn't do it, he didn't defeat himself."(continued)

He tried to defeat himself because he needed a challenge. It didn’t work!
That's what made this so GD frustrating dealing with some FRiends.
'There are none so blind as those who will not see. The most deluded people are those who choose to ignore what they already know'.
I think a lot of it has to do with the proportion of people who believe what the MSM is selling, and the proportion who believe in each of the other news sources. Before the internet, the MSM was pretty much all there was at the national level.
Now we have millennials reading far left blogs and going for Bernie. You have a variety of conservative outlets: Rush Limbaugh, Matt Drudge, etc. The MSM still has clout, but not nearly so much. A lot of people just shrug at CNN, etc.
Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich once said that President Clinton was irrelevant. Well, maybe not. Now it seems the MSM is irrelevant. They’ve earned irrelevance.
Hillary was a corrupt cog in a liberal machine that had gone too far. Donald Trump was the right man at the right time to slash the paper tiger.
Not Hillary, the rest is yet to be seen,Climate change is not a hoax? Examining Paris Climate treaty?
Is looking now at TOP,going to pick Romney as Secretary of State?
Nixon Haley as UN Ambassador?
Harold Ford Jr. As Transportation Secretary?
Uhhh...He's rich...he's white...it's not his turn...he's not Hillary.
