Aerial blimps, Predators, and other UAV assets are used to stop small (and large) planes from flying low and delivering drugs (or a nuke). Bad idea to stop aerial recon. 800kt nuclear weapon weighs about 600-800 lbs. Tactical nuke, less than 100lbs. Good luck!
Has he put Border Patrol on furlough? Won’t they still be on duty? Surely, they are a force to contend with along the border.
