But the only thing that will finally put a wooden stake in the heart of undead Clintonism is for a dedicated, secret intelligence group to find the "assets" who did their bidding, nurture them in their old age, and obtain a deathbed confession - on camera and with irrefutable, certified documentation.

(The majority of the 11 or so "secret", actionable counts from 1998 are supposedly "sealed for 50 years", but the people who processed them know all the details. In a world of hackmail, that's far from hermetically sealed.)
Meanwhile we can count on the political wing of a resurgent Klinton Krime Korp to shoot for a "no jury in Manhattan will ever convict her of…" legal strategy.
But she's never been indicted. How can the President issue her a blanket pardon for a indictment that may be brought in the future, in a state like Delaware or North Carolina?

The Continental Op is summoned from San Francisco to Personville by Donald Willsson, who is murdered before the Op meets him. Determined to get to the bottom of Donald's death, the Op learns that Donald's father, Elihu, is losing his control over the city to several competing gangs that he had hired himself many years ago to—ahem—"resolve" a labor dispute.
The Op makes Elihu promise to fork over $10,000 to the Continental Detective Agency and to allow him (the Op) to take whatever steps he thinks is necessary to clean up the city. When the Op figures out the identity of Donald's murderer, Elihu attempts to take back their deal, but the Op won't let that happen and he continues with his mission to clean up the not-so-personable streets of Personville.
At the same time, the Op is also spending a lot of time with Dinah Brand, a possible romantic interest of Donald and a moll for the local gangster Max Whisper Thaler. (Pssst: slang alert! The word "moll" is slang for a gangster's female companion.) Using information from both Dinah and the dishonest Chief of Police, Noonan, the Op spreads information around the city to set off a gang war among the four local factions. Bodies start dropping like flies, as one gangster kills off another and so on and so forth.
After a boozy night of drinking with Dinah, the Op wakes up to find Dinah stabbed to death with an ice pick that he had used the night before. Uh oh. Now the Op is wanted by the police, and he's not even sure if he was the murderer.
The novel culminates in a frantic climax as the Op tracks down the last two living gangsters, Whisper and Reno, who are facing each other at gunpoint. Reno kills Whisper but is badly wounded in the process. Reno confesses to stabbing Brand, but that when she fell, she collided into the half-unconscious Op, landing in such a way that made it look as if the Op had killed her. By the end of the novel, all the gangsters have killed each other off, and the Op has completed his mission to rid Personville of its crooked gangs.
Operating an international child trafficking ring involving the murder and abduction of children, pornography, rape, extortion and blackmail of public officials, and conspiracy to achieve all of the above is not the sort of thing anybody gets pardoned for nor is there any reason for an incoming president and his administration to honor such a pardon if it is made by a lame duck president.
Even if there is a pardon in place it seems to me appropriate to hold a trial, produce the requisite documents in evidence, obtain a conviction and then let the Clinton lawyers negotiate just what impact said pardon has on sentencing. All this would give the BSM two years of stories that would distract from the Trump bashing in regard to SCOTUS nominees and other agenda items. Just keep the media frothed up about how the Clinton’s are being abused and slide everything under the radar.
The first thing they need to do is impeach Obama before he gets a way with this.

I do not have this experience with Democrats, certainly not here in North Carolina. After Gov. Easley left office, he faced a mountain of charges. Though he had been a faithful operative for them for many, many, years, they let him go under without a further thought because he was in no position to help further the agenda.
Hilary should move to France and stay quiet there. If France won’t keep her she can move to Mexico City and live in a villa owned by the painter Diego Rivera. But she had better keep her mouth shut about Obama and whomever he anoints as the next “Brilliant Genius of Humanity”...
If you want to hurt her and punish her, you will be very welcome, as long as you do not interfere with their leftist agenda. If she frames her defense as a defense of the agenda, they will rally around her and fight you. You might win this fight. You will win this fight if you do what it takes to win it, namely, abandon your conservative agenda.
I sincerely believe that it is our side that gets distracted while things go unnoticed, not theirs. While I understand the feelings about the rule of law here on the forum and the moral hazard of letting her walk, my fear is that once again we will gain only a symbolic victory, and let the republic continue its slide down to destruction.

Let them live on with no money ,, shut down their foundations ,, make sure the money goes to the Haitians , Africans and others .. nothing for the Clintons...

I am not proposing Hillary be prosecuted out of vengeance, and not solely from a perspective of law and order but to begin to manipulate a hostile media. Let them rally around thei persecuted Hillary and meanwhile let the Senate quietly confirm a SCOTUS seat. See what I am saying? Manage them like the enemy they are.

I think this could work like you say if enough senators could be made to play the game. So many of the RINO’s go straight for the cameras.
