At 2 a.m., a rattled John Podesta walked out on stage and told everyone to head home. Its been a long night and its been a long campaign, he said, But I can say, we can wait a little longer. And he went on about the importance of seeing that every vote got counted. Actually it was much worse than that. He was hiding something.
The thing is, Hillary had gone into a rage when she learned she had lost. She was shouting obscenities and throwing things. As has been reported for years, her violent temper got the best of her. Talk about having a temperament ill-suited for having access to the atomic bomb.
Sources have told The American Spectator that on Tuesday night, after Hillary realized she had lost, she went into a rage. Secret Service officers told at least one source that she began yelling, screaming obscenities, and pounding furniture. She picked up objects and threw them at attendants and staff. She was in an uncontrollable rage. Her aides could not allow her to come out in public. It would take her hours to calm down. So Podesta went out and gave his aimless speech. I wish we could report on Bills whereabouts but we cannot. We shall work on that.
When was it that they actually cancelled the fireworks display?
IIRC the announcement of the cancellation was held back awhile.
Figuring back from the announcement would put it in that Thursday time frame.
Not hard to believe when you think if it was found out who leaked photos of her that night, they might soon have and ancient or arkincide
I’m fine with never hearing from her. Let her retire and retreat and hide in peace.
I do look forward to the books some on her staff and Secret Service detail will write - once they no longer fear ending up mysteriously dead.
She knows no peace. It’s all warfare.
I remember a story about the Japanese Emperor at the end of WW2 thought everything was just fine, until a couple of his cities went missing.
The lesson learned- surround yourself with yes-men’ and you never learn anything important.
Actually, I believe what had her so distraught was the realization that the “fix” didn’t work. They misjudged the level of Trump’s support, which was well beyond the planned “margin of fraud” they were putting out. The realization that Trump won despite the rigging might explain the reaction.
Meanwhile, she and Bill had a screamfest of a phonecon in the waning days of the campaign, as Bill blamed Hillary, along with Podesta and Mook, and she blamed Bill and Comey.
Just one? I think it was a combination of 1 and 3.
I actually felt sorry when I read she couldn’t stop crying. But this actually sounds more like her.
Bet she is a mean drunk. Heck, she is mean sober.
She would make a model prisoner, though, if we had equal justice.
Obviously satire.
I just want to reread that part very slowly. Oh that feels good. Couldn't help but think of Cruella DeVille!
She was out walking in the park and had a chance encounter. Can’t expect her to be 2 places at once.
it is but it isn’t.
Supposedly, Hillary does not allow any staff to have cell phones when she is in their presence (except her family, Huma and Podesta). Does it include hotel staff ? Who knows.
Actually our old leftist Ed Schultz now with RT (Russia Today) lambasted her for not coming out. Yes, Ed did just that! :)
