The country is now on a precipice. The future and survival of America is balancing precariously on the Hinge of Fate.

Will Donald Trump secure victory and help pull us back from the abyss, or will the Clintons steal the election and drag the whole nation into a nightmarish maelstrom from which there is no escape?

Will Hillary and her gang of filthy criminals be on their way to prison, or will the rule of law be flushed down the Oval Office commode?

Hillary Clinton is a criminal sociopath and she may very well be only 48 hours away from her greatest crime, the theft of the election.

In her 40 year career, mainly in government, she has committed fraud, perjury, bribery, obstruction of justice, racketeering, conspiracy, espionage and treason. She is probably a pedophile and may very well be involved in child trafficking and murder.

She is not only a villain, but is mentally and physically ill.

Like all tyrants, she has been able to threaten, cajole, and destroy anyone who is in the path of her anointment as the Princess of Darkness to rule over America.

The nation is on the verge of descending into total lawlessness as Hillary Clinton has corrupted the US Attorney General and the Director of the FBI. Both Loretta Lynch and James Comey are complete and utter sell outs, who are a disgrace to the offices they serve and the laws that they have sworn to uphold.

Today, Comey stated that after apparently reviewing 650,000 new emails taken from Anthony Weiner and Huma Abedin’s computer, Hillary Clinton would face no charges for the multitude of national security and other sundry crimes she committed.

Comey and Lynch are intent on erasing 240 years of the rule of law, in order to protect the waddling Capo Dei Capi of a criminal organization with enough tentacles to strangle the earth’s population.

Criminal tyrants have come and gone throughout history. Some were small and nameless from tiny duchies; others were behemoth mass murderers, such as Stalin, Mao and Hitler. Others wished to dominate those under them and steal anything in their path, like the British Empire and its modern day relatives, the globalists and their cohort in crimes against humanity, Hillary Clinton.

The Founding Fathers, in their infinite wisdom, were well versed in the modus operandi of tyrants.

It was almost as if the Founding Fathers had a crystal ball telescope and were looking right at the pants suit wearing demon herself.

If Hillary Clinton and the globalists steal the election, it will be the end of America.

The borders will be opened, allowing millions of illegals to flood in, stealing more jobs and plunging wages to a Third World level. In addition, millions of unvetted Muslims will land on our shores, whose only job skills are bomb making and anarchy. Hillary will savage the First Amendment and with the appointment of radical judges on the Supreme Court, take a chain saw to the Second Amendment.

The last hope will lie not with the Republicans in Congress, or anyone in government, but with ordinary Americans, whom I believe will not stand for what will certainly be a fraudulent presidency and a criminal serving in our nation’s highest office.

The Founding Fathers knew that such a time may come, when the US government was so corrupted by villains that civil disobedience and perhaps revolution would be the order of the day. Sadly, that day may be in the very near future, if Americans wish to have a nation of laws once again.

As Jefferson wrote in the Declaration of Independence, “Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.”

Hillary Clinton is the enemy of everyone on this planet who believes in freedom, justice and GOD.

We are indeed tottering on a precipice.

Franklin was formally a deist, but he sometimes seemed to get flashes of inspiration that rivaled the wisdom of his contemporary Christians.

The founders also tried to prevent the Kenyanesian Usurpation.
The natural born citizen clause served us well until it was ignored by BOTH parties.
The Constitution says natural born citizen.
That means one who is naturally an American because they couldn’t be anything else, born here of citizen parents.
Everyone in DC wanted that changed without the hassle of amending the Constitution.
The Senate passed a resolution declaring McCain a natural born citizen because he had TWO citizen parents, even though he was born in Panama.
Then Obama runs and wins based on just being born here, even though he told us on his website he was born a British subject.
So the standard went from born here of citizen parents to just TWO citizen parents to just being born here in one election cycle without amending the Constitution.
According to this standard the recently deceased King of Thailand was eligible, he was born in Cambridge MA.
This was done intentionally because Rubio (no citizen parents), Cruz (foreign birth, one citizen parent), Jindal (no citizen parents), George P. Bush (one citizen parent) and Haley (no citizen parents) were all ineligible and the future of the GOP.

The truth of the Kenyanesian Usurpation will never see the light of day because they all cooperated in the violation of the Constitution.

However we got here, it would be worth it to get the definition of NBC into the Constitution. It was in pre-Constitutional statute at the time the Constitution was drafted. But that part of the law got superseded and not replaced.

Natural born citizen means the same thing today as when it was written into the Constitution.
Born here of citizen parents.

Many people do not want that.
Their favorites are ineligible.
Some, even here, want every Ted, Marco and Haley to be eligible.
They want it defined so that every anchor baby, the King of Thailand and Winston Churchill are eligible, who was an American on his mother’s side, just like Ted Cruz.

It was defined in statute prior to that.

With the statute deleted, we now have a legal Rorschach test for jurists.

There was no American law before the Constitution.
I think you are thinking of the Naturalization Act of 1790, which was repealed when they figured out they were changing the definition of natural born citizen inadvertently.
The origin of the definition comes from Vattel’s Law of Nation’s which the founders used as a reference when drafting the Constitution.
It also follows Natural Law.
One is naturally a US citizen when one cannot possibly be anything else. Born here of citizen parents.
Children of foreign nationals inherit foreign citizenship(s).

Where is it documented that there was any such thought about “changing the definition of natural born citizen inadvertently”?

Vattel SOUNDS fine, but how is it actually incorporated into American jurisprudence?

Read the text of the Naturalization Act of 1790, they stretch the definition of natural born citizen to include those born abroad. Then read the 1795 Act that replaced it, no such language.

I found this of interest about Franklin which you may already know; I just found it interesting:

A few weeks before his death at age 84, Benjamin Franklin summarized his religious beliefs, in terms with which I could readily associate myself:

You desire to know something of my religion. It is the first time I have been questioned upon it. But I cannot take your curiosity amiss, and shall endeavor in a few words to gratify it.

Here is my creed.

I believe in one God, the creator of the universe. That he governs by his providence. That he ought to be worshipped. That the most acceptable service we render to him is doing good to his other children. That the soul of man is immortal, and will be treated with justice in another life respecting its conduct in this.

These I take to be the fundamental points in all sound religion, and I regard them as you do in whatever sect I meet with them.

As to Jesus of Nazareth, my opinion of whom you particularly desire,

Hillsdale College has a textbook on Early American history and it has some of Franklin's autobiography. It reads (in part):

"And conceiving God to be the fountain of wisdom, I thought it right and necessary to solicit His assistance for obtaining it; to this end I formed the following little prayer, which was prefixed to my tables of examination, for daily use:

     O Powerful Goodness! Bountiful Father! Merciful Guide! Increase in me that wisdom which discovers my truest interest. Strengthen my resolutions to perform what that wisdom dictates. Accept my kind offices to your other children as the only return in my power for your continual favors to me.

I used also sometimes a little prayer which I took from Thomson's "Poems,", viz:

     Father of light and life, thou Good Supreme!
     O teach me what is good; teach me Thyself!
     Save me from folly, vanity, and vice,
     From every low pursuit; and fill my soul
     With knowledge, conscious peace, and virtue pure;
     Sacred, substantial, never-fading bliss!"

This has echoes of everything from Aquinas ("Only Thyself") to Proverbs; and looks like he is asking for more direct interaction, individually, with the Godhead, than one might expect of a strict Deist.

The closest thing we have to Supreme Court precedent is Minor vs Happersett:

“it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners”
