For what it’s worth, I’ve had chronic pain for over 25 years. I have used ibuprofen. However, lately, I’ve learned that it DOES increase risk of liver damage, so I’ve searched for something else that might help. I didn’t have any real hope that there actually was anything, but I’m VERY pleased to report that there actually is:

Curcumin

Here are links to two products I’ve been using. I have not been using ibuprofen for a couple of weeks now. I really encourage you to research it for yourselves and see if you think it may be helpful for your circumstances.

I also have chronic pain, will be 63 next month.

This curcumin or Turmeric is really helping you with pain?

Any thoughts on just using straight Turmeric instead of buying bottle of capsules and spending more $.

I take turmeric every day. You have inspired me to go cold turkey on the ibuprofen and maybe double my turmeric. I r4ad turmeric is excellent for staving off alzheimers.
