There is a curious short Podesta email with a subject of “endowment” in the last Wikileak release.

Tina Flournoy, Chief of Staff to President Bill Clinton, tells Hillary Clinton campaign chair John Podesta:

"Foreign govt donors: all the money is in."

I believe this email was sent a couple of months before Hillary officially announced her plan to run. Bill’ chief of State and Podesta were making sure all the foreign money was in before the announcement in order to keep the donations technically legal.

Which means they knew EXACTLY what they were doing.

They were skirting the edges of the law. Just because something is technically legal, doesn’t mean that it’s moral.

These people are dirty to the core.
