Each county must have hundreds of machines. The Election office will not check all of them, or maybe even any of them. Having worked as a precinct voting inspector, our instructions were to plug in the machine, make sure the ballot was proper, and then have the machine do it’s own internal diagnostic test. We had no way of checking the type of vote switching chicanery happening here. And for that matter, the election board probably didn’t either. The “error” does not take place until an actual ballot is being cast once the machine goes live. It’s a pretty well written code error; whoever programmed it has knowledge of how the equipment is handled and tested, and how they can make it happen only when the ballot is being cast. And damn right, it’s deliberate. I’ve posted before that the DNC has a political map of the United States down to the precinct level, and they also have very good internal poling. They know exactly how many votes they need to manufacture to get to 270 Electoral Votes. They can target the heavily democrat and democrat supervised precincts in the swing states, and “preload” the machines with the right number of votes to take the state. Of course, with a little extra padding to be sure. We are watching it play out now. And the fact that they think they can swing Texas this way is not encouraging. So you mean to vote for Trump you need to hit the single pixel in the middle of the box, and a vote for Hilary is ANY where in the box

This is likely to be a touchscreen alignment error.

The person making the video should have touched just above the Republican candidate's box, to see if it registered there instead.

Also, touching the Democrat's box probably would select the write-in box.

As a retired software engineer, those are the first things I would have tried, to find out the extent of the problem.

Rush covering this with a caller from Houston. The vote for Trump disappeared when voting straight party ticket. Rush mentions the Zero Hedge story of other machine problems in Arlington, TX but not the Amarillo problems.

Without the middle-sized cities like Amarillo, how could Trump possibly win TX?

The suburbs surrounding the big cities are heavily Republican.

In the election, mine was 75/25 in favor of Republican candidates.

I can understand not allowing photos of the public areas of the polling places.

But within the voting booth? No. ‘They’ can’t tell people what do do in the privacy of the voting booth. Especially if $h*t like this is going on.

At the very least, a re-vote, using paper ballots, with supervisors overseeing the counting. Supervisors from each party, to be fair.

Things are coming to a boiling point. If we can’t even trust the results of an election...

Trump is being proved right: the election is rigged. He should not only refuse to concede if he “loses”, but should also call on the States and the People to not recognize the election results. Better a Second Civil War, than to permit the Liberal Tyrants to be rewarded for stealing the election..

This is only a SMALL part of the problem.

In this case, the user can SEE the vote discrepancy. My big worry is when the voter sees the vote register the way he voted, but the internal counting registers something else.

The Courts have ben busy making all tis possible I doubt if they are going to cancel their effort.
