The thought of a broken American Republic literally makes me weep; so many lives lost and gambled for nothing. Many of my relatives put it on the line (primarily my Father and Grandfather) and it sickens me to see it come to this. I’m only 43, and I never imagined it getting so close to ruin.
That said, I know that ultimately my citizenship is not of this world, and in that I have comfort and purpose.
God’s law cannot be bought off or corrupted. From His justice there is no escape.
That’s my only comfort barring a revolution.

Sorry on the loss of your Dad a few months ago. I’m very grateful for his and your family’s service to our country. Even if it doesn’t mean much to some self focused greedy people in our country it means a lot to many of us, and above all else it pleases God because they honored Him and their family and countrymen.
Better is one day in His court then thousands elsewhere :) I weep for the foolish who will spend thousands elsewhere.

Pops went quick. He and Grandpops were instrumental in my road to conservatism/patriotism so as much as losing them hurts (and ironically enough they both passed at 64, Dad by massive stroke, Grandpa by cancer) they gave more to me when they were alive than their loss took away.
I carry their legacy in my heart with pride.
There are no “oh shit” moments ... the media are ignoring everything being uncovered about her. To quote the empty headed Cankles ... At this point, what difference does it make? The media are helping the Dems ruin this country.
I’m thinking, that at some point, some high profile person with lots of money is gonna get rolled up by the Feds. At that time they’ll use this defense and depending on their net worth and connections, just might get away with it.
If/when that happens, you might as well remove 18 USC 1001, as it will be used by everyone after that and be rendered invalid. Of course, all that means is that the Feds will have to do “REAL” police work, like regular cops, instead of being able to rely on the Federal Code to intimidate people.
I’m pretty sure that Tampering w Evidence and Suborning Perjury are legit crimes.
