CMP is in court today at the federal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco to overturn the district judge's gag order against the release of our undercover footage of Planned Parenthood from the National Abortion Federation's annual meetings.

NAF is the major trade organization of abortion providers in North America, and Planned Parenthood makes up about half of it. David Daleiden and the Center for Medical Progress still have dozens of hours of the most damning and incriminating undercover footage left to release from the NAF meetings--but the district judge's gag order is blocking it.
CMP's undercover investigators first encountered NAF back in 2013, at the very start of our undercover work. NAF's representatives were excited to host potential business partners in the harvesting and sale of aborted baby body parts at their annual meetings--they invited CMP!
The House Energy & Commerce Committee's Select Investigative Panel has even found that NAF and StemExpress attempted to enter into a contract to market StemExpress' purchasing of aborted baby hearts, lungs, and brains as a "value added service."
You can imagine why Planned Parenthood, NAF, and their business partners do not want this footage to see the light of day. This is a critical fight to vindicate our First Amendment rights to freedom of speech and freedom of the citizen press, and to hold Planned Parenthood accountable for their barbaric violations of the law.

Indeed. It ranks with the most evil governments in the history of the world. If this particular atrocity isn’t stopped, and stopped soon, there is no hope our nation surviving the coming wrath of the Almighty, IMO.
