Well, we just beat the Giants with four in the top of the 9th to advance to the next series. Who knows?

As far as WWIII is concerned. How much of this is mere saber rattling? Putin may may be a guy who is not afraid to use his weapons, though nukes may be a different story. What are the odds of a low-yield nuclear detonation somewhere in the Med or the Middle East?

I always felt if the Cubs were one strike away from winning the Series is when the asteroid when hit and the game never completed. I guess this would do the trick too
