I confess, my initial reaction was that this was bad. Going after married women isn’t cool.
But, I had to remember that the Donald Trump of today isn’t the Donald Trump of ten years ago. We know politically he’s been all over the map over the years. And as I joked, he should have just said, “I was a Democrat at the time I said it.”
Like many here, when he announced, I was very skeptical, and rightfully so, given his past history. Oh, he’s just doing this to promote himself, he’s not really serious....etc.
But I now believe he truly senses the danger that this country, and Western Civilization as a whole is in, and that is his motivation. The guy has all the money and fame anyone could want, why put that in jeopardy? Certainly this Presidential run isn’t going to make him a lot of money, his business is already suffering because of it.
But like any man who has achieved in life what he has, he has a tremendous ego, that at times can be off-putting. But find me a successful person who doesn’t have a big ego.
Here is my thoughts. If you are a Christian and have experienced the grace of God, you will relate to my thoughts regarding this subject. Regardless of who leaked the tape or why many are obsessed with it,
Donald has chosen to surrounded himself with a lot of Godly men and women. When he went to the church in Georgia, Detroit and asked pastors to pray for him, they should have warned him...we are for real. God will hear our prayers and you will be changed by the word of God. He will not be mocked.
From the inside out Mr. Trump...if we are praying for God and Country, then humbly accept the results of many who prayed. We need a man who walks the walk. Not perfect, but is worthy of our beloved Nation.
If the past is the past, then with your actions, humble yourself before the Lord and He will lift you up. Go back and seek the wisdom of your Pastor friends.. NOW is the time

He was wrong to yack in that way, and the bible warns so too. However, Donald has continued to grow in grace.
In Donald’s case, to the credit of the work of God in him, this appears at worst to be some fantasies that never were played out. Bill and Hill weren’t about fantasies; they were about RAPES and then doing dirty to the rapees.

Donald, I believe, hasn’t played the mocker here. But Bill and Hill have. If they are politically flogged, then a lot of simple fools (maybe Donald was in that camp too with respect to sexually toned talk) will learn wisdom.
FR itself formed over the initial outrage over Bill’s conduct, IIRC. May its founding vision NOT be in vain. Everybody with a mind to pray, please pray.

Donald isn’t being condoned or excused; Donald is being forgiven.
And forgiveness is something that we should not begrudge, at least in the way that God wants it used.
Sage advice... If Trump can say truthfully that it was his former self that said those things but he is a new man because of accepting Christ's forgiveness of his sins, then the record has been cleared. I believe that God does have a very serious plan for Donald's life.... regardless of what it is, Donald has to wake up every day being able to say "Jesus is Lord".
Good grief, I'm in Jacksonville. Yes, it was a hurricane. It wasn't the freakin' apocalypse that the media told us it was going to be.
I'll bet when we crunch the numbers, more people lost their lives in car accidents fleeing the hurricane than died staying put.
Anyhow, thanks for getting my power turned back on. Those five hours without electricity were grueling. I started getting nervous when the battery on my laptop dropped below 40%.
And Jesus, too, can reach out to Donald and show by works of compassionate power that He is Lord.

Maybe there is, or maybe not. One thing for sure, name recognition for The Donald probably is higher than ANY candidate for the office of US President EVER, and that includes incumbents running for re-election.
Remember, force of nature. Nobody recalls the wimps, and whispering campaigns are useless if the person being whispered to has no idea what is being discussed.
What Trump’s strategy should be - stay on message, do not be sidetracked with personal attacks and gotchas. When a question is directed at Trump, do not answer the moderators, or Herself, or even the person in the audience who supposedly “just happened” to think up the question. Direct the reply through the microphone, looking full into the camera, and either ignore interruptions, or do not respond to them. Talk DIRECTLY to the TV viewers.
Turning a stoic face carved of stone to the moderators, Herself and the studio audience also conveys a secondary nonverbal message to the viewing TV audience. No winces, no grimaces, and no “tells” that the relentless criticism is “getting to” Trump’s psyche.
