I confess, my initial reaction was that this was bad. Going after married women isn’t cool.
But, I had to remember that the Donald Trump of today isn’t the Donald Trump of ten years ago. We know politically he’s been all over the map over the years. And as I joked, he should have just said, “I was a Democrat at the time I said it.”
Like many here, when he announced, I was very skeptical, and rightfully so, given his past history. Oh, he’s just doing this to promote himself, he’s not really serious....etc.
But I now believe he truly senses the danger that this country, and Western Civilization as a whole is in, and that is his motivation. The guy has all the money and fame anyone could want, why put that in jeopardy? Certainly this Presidential run isn’t going to make him a lot of money, his business is already suffering because of it.
But like any man who has achieved in life what he has, he has a tremendous ego, that at times can be off-putting. But find me a successful person who doesn’t have a big ego.
He was wrong to yack in that way, and the bible warns so too. However, Donald has continued to grow in grace.
In Donald’s case, to the credit of the work of God in him, this appears at worst to be some fantasies that never were played out. Bill and Hill weren’t about fantasies; they were about RAPES and then doing dirty to the rapees.
