Bollywood stars such as Shahid Kapoor, Malaika Arora & Ameesha Patel are likely to meet the US Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump at an event in New Jersey. Donald Trump will address the Hindu American supporters and woo them to vote for him as the President of the United States in the outreach initiative.
It is also reported that Prabhu Deva, singer Kanika Kapoor and spiritual guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar will attend the event and most likely meet Donald Trump. Republican Hindu Coalition (RHC), the group which is hosting the event posted on Facebook saying Shahid, Malaika, Kanika, Prabhu Dheva and Sri Sri will perform at the event...

Trump is going after it all. This election is so over for Hillary.
In NYC, approximately 1 out of every 10 residents can trace their roots to India. India is plagued with corruption, graft, and oppressive cultural systems left over from their historical conquerors.
Contemporary Indians flee to America to escape all that. While India is awkwardly lurching towards the 21st century, it is in spite of the culture of corruption, not because of it.
Indians in America are very closely aligned with Conservative values. Family, faith, hard work, an entrepreneurial spirit with most businesses that are family owned. India is a country with the fastest growing MBA group in the world; advanced degrees are actively pursued.
It comes as no surprise whatsoever that they would align with Trump.
Very excited to see him meeting with Bollywood representatives. They are venerated in their home countries.
Under the radar for most of us, Indian entertainers often perform concerts and events over here. They can fill up arenas here as well as major American acts.
It is great that Trump is going for these people. On the one hand, most Indians here are immigrants, so on the surface they may support Hillary more. But they are all legal as well, going through the process like we want them to do. They don't appreciate people just being able to skip the lines when they obeyed the rules.
