Its hard to overstate the symbolic power of sitting down. Today, a football players refusal to stand for the National Anthem has garnered headline upon headline. Twenty-two years ago, a seated couple protested one of the worlds most beloved figures.
In a truly iconic American scene that still captures the attentionand confusionof the Washington elite, then-President Bill Clinton and his wife, Hillary, sat in stunned silence amid a standing ovation that followed Mother Teresas address at the National Prayer Breakfast.
The applause lasted a solid five minutes after Mother Teresas address. Long before the days of virtue-signaling, however, the Clintons were sending a message of dissent loud and clear to the woman now officially canonized a saint in the Catholic Church for her heroic virtue.

Wow!
Is there actual video of this despicable action by the Clintons?
Perfect answer!!!
There must be a video somewhere, I haven’t looked.
I doubt it, for two reasons. The time elapsed takes you back to the "dark ages" of video and if it had existed, it would have been "disappeared" by now.
Hillary USED Mother Teresa to get votes when she was running previously.

Yet another example of the utter crassness of the Clintons.
I wonder how Cankles reacted to the recent canonization of St. Theresa of Calcutta. Probably spit on the ground.
