Did a search today on Godwin's law. You know, that one that says any disagreement online will eventually compare someone to the nazis or to Hitler. I just wanted to see the "official" definition. Here's what I got. Note that the law is thus proven, QED.
I guess Bushitler reached its sell-by date.

I was trying to prove that SOX caused the housing bubble due to the Community Reinvestment Act provision, and all that would come up is stuff stating how DEREGULATION caused the housing bubble.
The problem is that if Google doesn’t link to things, the other search engines won’t either relatively quickly.
Anyway, I’ve shown this to my friends who now agree maybe I am NOT just paranoid.
NPR had a family therapist on this morning. A. Family. Therapist. He went full Godwin on Trump in one minute, comparing him to “Hitler testing the German peoples’ boundaries”.

I found this garbage article from the Wash Post by Godwin.

Google ‘politician liar’ and you have to go about 4 pages deep to see anything about Hillary.
That article is a hoot. First he compares Trump to Hitler without saying it (certain anti-immigrant early 20th century leaders...) then goes on a long discussion about how comparing people to Hitler is anti-intellectual, the hallmark of a weak argument. Funny!
Is there a corollary to apply to people like Biden who compare Trump to Stalin without building a foundation? It’s the first time I heard a Democrat describe Stalin in a negative light in 25 years.
Look up Hillary Clinton images on Google, then look up Donald Trump images. They post bad photos of Trump at the top, but not Clinton when you search her.
