The groups present detailed suggestions for tackling systemic racism.
A collective of over 50 black activist organizations released a detailed policy platform on Monday outlining a plan to “advance black liberation” that includes education reform, reparations and abolition of the death penalty.
“A Vision For Black Lives: Policy Demands For Black Power, Freedom, and Justice” has 40 policy priorities, six platform demands and a set of key solutions all aiming to end the “war on black people.” Spearheading the initiative is The Movement for Black Lives, a combination of grass-roots organizations advocating for black rights.
“A Vision for Black Lives” follows in the footsteps of Campaign Zero, a separate platform released last year that focuses on police violence, though policing is not its only concern. It also takes the proposed reforms a step further than the racial and criminal justice sections of the 2016 Democratic platform, by offering more detailed suggestions for tackling systemic racism based on discussions with black activists and community members.
“Our grievances and solutions extend beyond the police killing of our people; state violence includes failing schools that criminalize our children, dwindling earning opportunities, wars on our trans and queer family that deny them of their humanity, and so much more,” Montague Simmons of the Organization for Black Struggle and the Movement for Black Lives (M4BL) Policy Table said in a statement. “That’s why we united, with a renewed energy and purpose, to put forth a shared vision of the world we want to live in.”(continued)

Does anyone have any allusions as to what life in the US would be like if this was acquiesced to? These fools are pushing that no black citizen under 23 can be prosecuted for crimes because their brains are still developing. Well, hell, thats 75 percent of the offenders.
These nutjobs are not going away and their ranks are swelling with the brain dead snowflakes who have no idea what they are getting into.
Politicians don’t have the cajones to tell these militant morons that nothing they are demanding is workeable or feasible.

As I’ve said before, there are some here on FR who actually propose that America use its’ wealth to pay for, and force, black people to get on boats so as to return them to their ethnic homelands of origin.
This is a horrific and morally wrong stance and far outside the pale. It is extreme, and I, for one, will not ever support such an abhorrent policy.
I will however chip in $2 so they can buy swim trunks.

And would want to come back really fast and not complain so much.
These are neo-communist organizations, cleverly disguised as civil rights organizations.
As horrific as life is here under the oppressive thumb of the white power structure, at least they have toilet paper and indoor plumbing, whereas in their native homeland they would have to invent all that stuff from scratch.

Nothing new under the sun. In the early 1900s, DemocRATS of the day enlisted black “leaders” to persuade their peeps to abort their children and promote ideas that kept the leaders on the gravy train but kept their followers on the plantation.

I want reparations for the 3 mules, 2 horses and other livestock and land seized by the Union after the Civil War to give to the freedmen, even though my family never owned slaves.

Are any of the policies anything like "marry her before getting her pregnant" or "raise your kids to love education and help them obtain it" or "reject the kind of behavior that gets you stereotyped"?
