DAMN, talk about a missed opportunity! Then it's get the flowers, wreaths and teddy bears for the makeshift memorial, organize the candlelight vigil, cal out the grief counselors. Then the press conferences. Activists and hack politicians surrounded by greiving family members calling for stricter gun measures, if not a repeal of the2A, accusing Trump's racist rhetoric of triggering a "coarseness" in political discourse, as if there was ever a modicum of decorum on politics to begin with.
