What Did Trump Really Say About Cruz' Wife and Father?
But I can't find anywhere this happened. I've Googled:

The only thing I've found is Trump threatening to "spill the beans on Heidi" and tweeting an unflattering photo of Heidi.
This was all in answer after a Cruz SuperPac posting some semi-nude photos of Melania, commenting that 'is this who you want for 1st Lady?' Cruz said the photos did not come from his campaign, but never seemed to disavow them or ask that they be taken down.
As far as 'whore' or 'slut' calling, I did find these in that Google search.

So did Donald Trump call Heidi Cruz a 'slut' and 'whore'?
If he did, I can't find it.
Michael Berry also said that Trump said that Cruz' father Rafael was involved in the JFK asassination.
Again, the only thing I could find is where Trump responds to a reporter's question about the National Enquirer article on photos supposedly showing Cruz' father with Oswald, and Trump said this.
“His father was with Lee Harvey Oswald prior to Oswald's being — you know, shot. I mean, the whole thing is ridiculous,” Trump said Tuesday during a phone interview with Fox News. “What is this, right prior to his being shot, and nobody even brings it up. They don't even talk about that. That was reported, and nobody talks about it.”
“I mean, what was he doing — what was he doing with Lee Harvey Oswald shortly before the death? Before the shooting?” Trump continued. “It’s horrible.”
Personally I don' think Trump is saying here that Rafael Cruz was involved in the JFK shooting, but just asking questions about why no one is looking into it.
But of course today (7/21/16), Cruz said again he didn't endorse Trump because Trump insulted his wife and father. And I didn't see Cruz coming to Melania's defense when his people and others were actually calling Melania a 'whore'.
Personally I think Cruz pretty much sealed his political fate last night.

You’re completely right. Trump said what you said he said, and didn’t say what the talk show host said, nor what Ted Cruz seemingly thinks he said.

Cruz’s campaign sent a flyer to Utah showing a picture of Melania Trump from a GQ Magazine photo shoot asking people if this is the kind of first lady you want in the White House(Was meant to scare off Mormons)..that is when Trump tweeted out a picture of Heidi Cruz side by side with Melania asking who do you want in the White House
I believe in both cases it was tweet from Trump with an unflattering picture of Heidi and then a tweet to a link saying that Cruz father may have been with Olswald. Trump didn’t ‘say’ anything about the subjects but many consider a tweet to links as saying it out loud
If I recall it was something along the lines of ‘turning me into a newt...’

With the relentless onslaught of anti-Trump vitriol in the media, from the Dems, and the RINO’s, it’s hard to believe if that was said it wouldn’t be all over the Internet and every newspaper and magazine in the country.

Did cruz ever offer info on Dad’s whereabouts when that photo was taken? No he didn’t
Spill beans on Heidi... I always took that to be related to the Goldman-Sachs stuff, which is 1000% fair game in a race like this. Unflattering pic of Heidi after Cruz’s pic of Melania. Trump is defending this wife. The pic of Heidi was unflattering. Period. As to Cruz Sr. ... He was put in prison by Batista. That he was with Oswald and lived in Dallas does not mean he was involved. No one has a video of Cruz Sr running from the grassy knoll. Cruz seems to protest too much. Personally I think Cruz Sr may have known Oswald, but I think any accusations of netharios behavior on Cruz Sr part is a stretch.

It appears as if you’ve done a pretty thorough job identifying what actually transpired. Cruz should have faded into the background for a while, but instead he self-immolated.
