URGENT PRAYER REQUEST: FRIEND'S LITTLE BOY DESPERATELY NEEDS PRAYERS

I have an urgent Prayer request, please. My friend's 9 year old son had sinus surgery this morning. Everything seemed to go well so they sent him home.
He is now back in Children's Hospital, in the ER. He is projectile vomiting blood and is bleeding from his eyes, nose and mouth. PLEASE PRAY. This is very upsetting. Thanks so much. His name is Tyler.
